I was so excited to get my vacuum cleaner but after I charged it and used it, the battery lost it's charge and started going off. I had already charged the other battery pack so I put it on and the same thing happened. I need my money back.

I love all of the easy to use features on this vacuum. The extra battery is so nice to have and the way the vacuum head pivots gets into more spaces than my previous vacuum. Its quiet and still picks everything up!
