[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is convenient, you can change from the floor unit to a hand vacuum very easily and not slow down. The attachments are also good; I love the telescoping pole as it allows my wife and I to adjust it to the height most comfortable for each of us. Pleasantly surprised on how the floorhead handles the dog hair.

I just used my new ePro Select b/c my Dyson kept stopping and clogging. I loved how quiet it was and how smooth it glided over our hardwood floors. My favorite feature is how it stays on without your finger having to constantly grasp the trigger. I loved how flexible it is for reaching hard to reach spots. It did a great job picking up our dog and cat hair.

You know I really like this vacuum cleaner. At first I thought the suction was low so I put it on "turbo" and that really reduced the battery life but I have found that the normal setting is fine. I only use this cleaner for spot cleaning not the whole house (I use a corded cleaner for that). Spot cleaning and an EXTRA BATTERY means I am never without this cleaner for 1/3 the price of other brands. I use it every day and love it.

I purchased this for kitchens and bathrooms. I have owned it for less than a year and it turns on and shuts off after about 5 seconds. I had a issue with the brush part holding into the notches to keep it turning very soon after purchasing. When it works, it did a good job. I can't even find anything for this product on the epro website.

We bought this vacuum after moving into a new house with hardwood floors. After trying another brand, this is our preferred vacuum for a number of reasons. Having two batteries allows us to easily finish the entire house without loosing power. The vacuum is lightweight and easy to carry from floor to floor in the house. Finally, we have a three active kids and a dog, and the vacuum is simply great at cleaning up everything that they leave behind. The regular mode is great for most of our cleanup, but it's nice to be able to use the "turbo" mode for some messier areas. The attachments have been great for some more difficult to reason areas, and the bracket helps us put it away and reduce clutter in the utility room.

Well, i didn't expect a lot from this vacume as we know it's not a brand name, but for a $100 (it was on sale), it does better than what i thought. I got it as a secondery vacume for the light cleaning after i got hurt with a $250 samsong and a $300 dyson. I got a corded shark vacume, which im so pleaed with for the deep cleaning and this for the light stuff or closer to my hand. to be honest, my only complaint is about the battry life. But it never run out. I mean i get the jub done before the battry runs out, and it comes with two battries.. for the jet power it takes 15 minutes, and in the regular speed it takes longer to run out of power. Do i recommend it? Definitely yes and if something goes wrong with it you'll not feel the same if you got the more expensive one. I'ev this one for more than 6 months till now, and it does exlent. I like the feture that it stands by itself and you have two speeds and an LCD screen to show your power level instantly. Two battries in case you need to replace one and charge the other. it has a rapid charger, it makes it full in less than 20 min. and you have extra accsdorees and a wallmount for storage and keep it charging. very easy to clean and restore. very light in your hand. I am not regret at all for buying this vacuum. Hop that helps

Suction is poor especially on hardwood floors. Won't even pickup small crumbs in some areas. Battery power and charge time is lacking. Also you have to not only have to empty the main bin but the dust bin also which takes more time. Also as battery percent runs down you can hear the unit start weakening. Do not buy...you will not be happy.

WARNING: I loved evening about this vacuum, so convenient, worked well. but 2 weeks after buying it, the vacuum started having an error pop up. E-Pro said it was a motor blockage error and that we should clean the filters. we cleaned the whole vacuum and the error kept coming back. can't run the vacuum for more than 10 seconds without the error popping up and shutting down the vacuum. Only thing we could do was return it. Buyer Beware.
