I like that it comes with two batteries and you can charge one while using the other, but honestly, it's not a quality product. It's not good at absorbing power; the battery doesn't last as long as it claims; it lasts much less, and hair gets tangled in the roller.

I returned it after 2 months. Cleaning power was not great. It comes with two batteries because it eats through them on normal mode. Not all the dust comes out when emptying the basket. Constantly having to stick my hand in and unclog dust, just dust, to keep it working. Returned and got a Shark. Skip this. Get a Shark.

I like that it stands up on its own and that there are two batteries and it has a head light. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good. Very low suction power, even on turbo. With the light, it is too easy to see the dirt left behind on my hard surface floors. It is almost like having to vacuum it twice. I have mostly hard surface with a couple of area rugs. I have a short haired dog, but I still see very little hair being picked up in the canister. I have to vacuum the rug on turbo, but after a couple of minutes the turbo power dies down (you can tell by the sound of the vacuum), unless I turn it off and then on again and set it to turbo. Not worth the money at all. I have always had a dyson, I may have to give shark a try since I don't think the dyson has a model that will stand up like this one does. Plus the book says you can rinse the hepa filter, but when I did that and left it set out to dry for more than 24 hours, it must not have been dry because now it looks like there are mold spots on it. Another con is that the dirt clings to the metal mesh cylinder and the inside of the canister assembly so I feel like it has to be rinsed out every time. Well who wants to have vac parts sitting around drying all the time??? Definitely a bad decision. I will have to look for another.

This vacuum is ok, would be good for quick jobs. I do not care for the carpet attachments. The two batteries is a huge plus though.

I don't recommend this stick vacuum. It has little to no suction power, rendering it useless. I returned it for a full refund.

Batteries are awful. Lost charge after one month of purchase. I have read that this a major issue with this vacumn

The ePro Select cordless vacuum with 2 batteries is an Amazing Stick Vacuum! I am pleasantly surprised about how quiet this vacuum is. It's lightweight and easy to use on any floor surface.

Works fine. Wish it had something to change when going from hard floors to carpet. Very lightweight. Battery last long time, if not in constant use on normal. Didn't do a very good job on vacuuming hard floords

Replaced a Shark that was worn out. I like that I don’t have to clean brush from hair, etc. and the wall mount is great. 2 batteries and all attachments which are stored on the wall bracket keeps all organized. Battery life is quite long.

Pros: Works great on bare floors and also for pet hair. Does not clog with pet hair. Also easy to store away. Comes with tons of attachments. Cons: Battery doesn't last long, not very powerful, not very good on carpet at all.
