We bought three of these last year for Reindeer Games and we will be buying them again this year. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. All you have to do is follow the instructions that are given with the card and on the Zillions website. It was rather easy to figure out and we had no problems.

This is an amazing gift. There are so many options for e-gifts to choose from. My niece LOVED it!

I would give a zero rating. These are NOT user friendly. I’m so glad I never gave one to my mom, who does NOT use email at all. You cannot redeem the card at all unless you give them your email. Then, it’s still tricky from there!! Do NOT buy!

Worst gifts cards ..! If I could I would give 0 stars the customer service is horrible..! Purchased 2 gift cards for gifts and was charged and says no funds. Been calling since December and nothing have been resolved and it’s February. Will not purchase ever again. Beware

It is the worst gift card and is almost a scam. It took me over an hour to redeem it, even after going through every possible hurdle. I waited 45 minutes for their customer service and then gave up.

I bought these gift cards for my boys at sams club thinking that sams would not put out a product you couldnt use but boy was i wrong! I spent 200 and the cards have to be put in on a secondary site to trade in for e gift cards which all i can say is good luck getting them to work! I would never ever reccomend buying these zillions gift cards and if i were sams i would pull them it is not a good look for your company!

I bought 5 of these to give out to family. NONE of them work. They all come up with an error saying the site cannot process your order. This gift card lets you buy online gift cards for tons of other places. Allegedly. Too bad you can't even use them. I'm out $250 and considering a charge back on my credit card if Sam's won't let me return them. These cards are a SCAM, and Sam's Club should pull them from the shelves ASAP as well as refund anyone who has a similar problem

Scam! Got as a gift, followed the directions to get in. Nothing came up to order a gift but immediately got an email thanking me for my order for GameStop!?!?!? Never ever a thought for Game Stop..The confirmation came to my email address with confirmation to be sent to a completely different person and email address. How does that happen unless stolen cards!?!? Customer service no help...said once an order is placed can't be changed or cancelled. Don't have the heart to tell the gifter they wasted $50. I will just tell them it was too hard for us old folks to figure it out so don't buy again. Appears by comments everywhere that we're not the only ones!

SCAM! Sams should be ashamed of themselves for selling this scam card.

We purchased 2 of these gift cards. The first worked well, lots to pick from. The second there were very few options and none of which were of interest. Very disappointing. Ended up with something that will be hard to use.
