I received this product as a promotion for which I promised to do an honest review as shown below. The two big benefits that stood out to me was the safety statement that it was safe for people and pets and secondly the 1 hour time to kill the weed. Since I have grandchildren and frequently have dogs visiting, product safety is very important and I will take their word for it as I don't have a reasonable way to verify it. I was very skeptical of the 1 hour claim but to my surprise some of the weeds actually were well on the way to dying within the hour. Those weeds mostly affected in the hour were the small weeds and grasses that pop-up in driveway cracks while the hardier weeds took about 18 hours to really turn yellow - still very satisfactory in my book. I really liked the application sprayer which worked perfectly and is so much better than using a pump sprayer or hose-end type. I did not use the small spot applicator. Overall, I am impressed with this product and would recommend.

The powered wand makes application simple and precise, allowing for even coverage without excess waste. It also came with a small spray bottle, which was perfect for targeting small areas, like around my deck. One thing I appreciated was that the smell wasn’t terrible compared to other weed killers I’ve used. I sprayed and set a timer, checking back exactly one hour later—and there was already a noticeable impact on the weeds. Within two hours, the weeds I sprayed were completely brown and dead. Overall, this is a convenient and powerful weed killer. If you need a fast-acting solution with easy application, I’d definitely recommend this product.

The first thing I like about Spruce is how easy it was to "set up" the sprayer bottles; none of the product got on my hands and I have arthritis so sometimes have difficulty with sprayer bottles. This is a breeze to work with. The second thing I like is that it doesn't have a "toxic chemical" odor; maybe a little minty/pleasant. So I sprayed it on two area of grassy walkways, came back in an hour and grasses were visibly affected; started wilting and turning brown. (By the next day they were totally dead.) It works just as it says "visible results in an hour". I'll be curious to watch for any regrowth. I would definitely buy this again as I feel I'm killing unwanted grass/weeds and not myself! BIG plus!

It works well for the weeds but not around pets. It made my dog vomit multiple times and diarrhea from ingesting a Leaf that was sprayed

I was glad to find this at Sam's. It was on my shopping list but I thought I was going to pick it up at the hardware store. Works just as advertised.

I gave this product a try and I have to say the results were nothing less than perfect. It eliminated the weeds in roughly two days. I recommend everyone try this product as I will continue to use it as needed.

I received reimbursement for an honest opinion of this product The product is very fast at knocking those stubborn winter weeds down. The bottle itself very easy to carry and the sprayer does have decent amount of line in case you need to sit it down, didn't leak while using. Went out and sprayed an area where they are persistent each year and came back out after an hour and it works! very fast and safer then using the other brand that is not so friendly to our pets and ourselves. Would not mind purchasing this product because I know it works and works fast! very excited to see how it works on the kosher weeds this summer!

I took before and after pics and was already seeing the weeds, grass starting to wilt after an hour. I love that its safe for pets as I have a few neighbors who walk their dogs by my home. Since it started working so quick, I'm sure I'll be ready in a few more hours to finish my edging project. Hurray!

I sprayed some weeds on a retaining wall we have and checked them an hour and a half later. The weeds were dead! This did have a strong odor, but it was not unpleasant like most chemical weed killers. I received a reimbursement for this product to leave an honest review.
