I am a Dr.Pepper lover and have been for more years than I can remember! Something has changed with the flavor and carbonation of the last 3-4 12 packs I have purchased. I can't even get a 1\2 can down and I am usually a 1-2 can a day gal! What did you do? I won't be drinking again until assured of a good product.

My wife and I have been avid Diet Dr Pepper consumers for over 45 years. It has been a very good beverage. However, more and more lately, (past year) we have time and time again purchased Diet Dr Pepper that has been ill fated with the flavor. Some so bad we have had to throw it out. I am sure this is a quality control issue, and we can only hope that when the bad mixtures are produced, that they Do Not reach the public. Ugh. We now find ourselves “Hoping” it’s a good batch when we purchase. also, please make the Expiration Dates plainly visible on the 24 packs. This too has been an issue. We love the flavor of this drink and can only hope that in the future you will pay special attention to the correct flavor as it leaves your facility, and legible expiration dates on packaging. Honestly not one of my favorite drinks I absolutely love Dr Pepper but diet Dr Pepper was just literally not made for me we buy it four some of our family members I like to drink it they enjoy it not much caffeine but to me it honestly just hates completely different and not of my liking but it’s affordable and I mean you can find it anywhere any size

I love Diet Dr. Pepper. I buy the 6pk of 20 ounces sodas. In the last two months every six pk has had a bottle that was without carbonation or flat or leaking. This adds up to a decent amount of money wasted on a product that isn't cheap to begin with. Do better.

Lately I can’t find any Dr Dr Pepper that taste good at all. I’m confiding out all the stores in my area only have Dr Dr Pepper that is dated Feb 24. And it all taste like crap. I’m very disappointed to say the least. The company needs to recall that batch and refund me money. As I’ve bought several 12 packs & cubes. But found out if they have that date. You may as well throw it away. Or don’t buy it at all. Because it’s a huge waste of money.

Diet Dr.pepper tastes do refreshing when it's chilled on an hot day or with a good meal, or anytime really.Diet is alot less sugar in it and soupose be better then the regular.but regular is good at times to.Sure if you try it,you'll enjoy it as well.tgey have many flavors to choose from to.

I am type 1 diabetic and can't drink regular soda without feeling bad all day after so I only drink diet. I tend to bounce around between diet Dr. Pepper and diet coke. Diet Dr. Pepper by far is the best when it comes to taste because you can hardly taste the diet taste at all. I have heard that from multiple people as well. I definitely recommend it.

I'm a long time Diet Dr. Pepper fan from back in the days when they came in a blue label bottle. To this day it's my favorite beverage. However, the last few times, including today that I've bought 6 packs of Diet Dr. Pepper in the .5liter bottles, I get at least one and sometimes two bottles out of 4 6-packs that aren't sealed properly. Today it leaked in my car and had to be cleaned up. It would be nice if you'd fix that problem.

I would like to applaud the people who package orders for delivery. My order arrived safely and all intact. Each unit of 6 bottles was placed into a bag before packing to arrive at the customer destination safely. Thank you so much for the attention to detail.

I have purchased Diet Dr Pepper in plastic bottles from various locations and once you remove the screw off lid the stench is that of rancid moldy laundry. I have not had the problem with any other diet drink in a plastic bottle just Diet Dr Pepper. Initially, I assumed it was due to a cooler problem at one store location. NO it is pretty much any Diet Dr Pepper in a plastic bottle from ANY location. I have been drinking Dr Pepper since I was a kid and now that I am diabetic I switched to Diet DP. I have been a die-hard fan... until now. I don't believe it is the product. I believe it is faulty packaging.
