I purchased my PS 4240 last week. I am very impressed with the power it provides and the easy set up. It is very sturdy and well built. It's a little heavy for my liking but not a big deal. The only issue I have found is that I have to turn the unit off to switch tips in the wand.

Arrived with pin missing from the axle so the wheel now falls off. I now can't really use it at all. The axle pin is actually a dumb idea and has not stopped me dead in my tracks. Now I have to take time to call the manufacturer to get the part. Not happyat all.

I just bought this pressure washer and I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone because it has multiple issues….. The chemical injector doesn’t work, the unloader valve cap/pressure regulator cap has popped off twice which isn’t supposed to happen. This product is supposed to be the best on the market and I can’t tell. Horrible experience.

The engine and pump are awesome the hose it comes with is lacking and leaves marks. The gun is lacking it works fine but feels a bit flimsy in the hand. The pressure rating is a bit high at 4gpm I have played with it I get 4gpm at around 3400psi. The packaging needs some support foam to keep from damage my unloader valve was bent upon arrival along with a couple dents in the fuel tank and heat shield. I use an external unloader valve and I dont mind a few dents. Thats the reasoning for 4 stars instead of 5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is definitely a beast! Have to be careful not to take off more than you want with it. Seems very heavy duty and well made. Hoping for lots of years of life and service out of it! It is fairly weight forward, so need to pay attention so it doesn't end up on its nose, but if using on level ground, this is pretty easily done.

I upgraded to a commercial model. I had a Simpson smaller unit and loved it and had no problems even after two years. This larger washed has exceeded all of my expectations.

Engine had issue with excessive fuel filling cylinder flooding and causing hydrolock. Took unit to local authorized repair shop and waiting to hear back.

I bought this machine to start my first LLC, business, and I'm so glad I did. The unit is so powerful, and makes downstreaming an easy option with the built-in injector. From the Honda motor to the Triplex pump...top of the line stuff!
