We're sorry to hear you didn't have the experience you expected, and want to assure you that we have many quality checks to ensure you get the best from the Bath Magic Eraser. For the best results, wet the eraser, squeeze several times under water, and squeeze the eraser out of the water so it isn’t dripping wet. Make sure you are fully pressing on the colored dots to activate the soap. The more you squeeze the dots, the more suds you will get.
