They give you that very secure feeling, especially at night. However they are quite a bit bulky which makes them better for sleeping or for times at home rather than wearing out and about if you care about any bulkiness showing through.

I have been buying these to line my dog's belly bands for years. The quality has decreased greatly. They are much thinner, and less absorbent than they used to be. I also don't like that you cannot purchase in the store and have to have them shipped.
