[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free in exchange for my honest opinion. I found these to be quality for the price point. They have made some improvements from ones I tried about a year ago. They fit better in length as I am a small person and cause zero irritation. In regards to discretion I don't use these during the day so I don't know how they would work during the day as far as bunching or comfort comfort. These are nighttime support only. I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very big however they do not feel bulky when wearing. I thought they were very comfortable for the size & didn't really feel them much. They stayed in place & didn't move or bunch up. Absorbency & odor control were good. No leaks or unpleasant odor. I stayed dry as well. I didn't have any skin reactions or sensitivity. Overall I think these work well & I would buy these again if I should ever run out of them, lol.

Great value

Were the best quality pads I bought for many years, last one had a different packaging inside and out and product quality degraded: now half the thickness and therefore absorbency. Please return this product to the quality it used to be, I’ve always trusted Member’s Mark until now. Terrible product!

These incontinence pads used to be great, but the materials used now for absorbency are much less absorbent and the top/cover material stays wet which causes severe irritation. These changed within the late 2023 to early 2024 time frame; around the same time that Sam's removed them from the stores and made them a "shipping only" item. Even though these cost less than name brands, the discomfort and potential health risks such as yeast growth and infection are not worth the money saved.

The product itself is terrific and serves its purpose exceptionally well. However, after contacting customer service to see when these pads will be back in stock, I was informed this particular item, No. 980311013, has been discontinued. That’s a huge disappointment and inconvenience. Sam’s, please Please PLEASE reconsider and bring this back. I’m sure I speak for many others. HELP!!!!!!
