These incontinence pads used to be great, but the materials used now for absorbency are much less absorbent and the top/cover material stays wet which causes severe irritation. These changed within the late 2023 to early 2024 time frame; around the same time that Sam's removed them from the stores and made them a "shipping only" item. Even though these cost less than name brands, the discomfort and potential health risks such as yeast growth and infection are not worth the money saved.

These are the best I've found. I have leaks with other products on the market. I hate that they don't have them in stock. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Member's Mark Total Protection Maximum Long Incontinence Pads for Women for the first time and I was genuinely impressed by how secure and dry I felt throughout the entire day. The length provides excellent coverage that prevented any leaks even when I was moving around a lot and the absorbent core locked away moisture instantly so I never felt uncomfortable or damp. I also appreciated that they are surprisingly thin and discreet under my clothes despite being a maximum absorbency product which gave me a lot of confidence while out running errands. The adhesive strip is very strong and kept the pad perfectly in place without any shifting or bunching which has been an issue with other brands I have tried in the past. Overall these offer fantastic value and performance and I will definitely be switching to these as my go-to choice from now on.

I like that they are not showing under my pants, as they are nicely lined. Also, my daughter is using them at home for her heavy periods. Overall, must haves.

I’m able to order off the senior menu now and what comes along with that as a woman is sometimes urinary incontinence. I love to laugh and often when I get going a little urine will leak out. Forget about it when I sneeze or going into a coughing fit. But I could never justify wearing a whole diaper for this reason. This is the solution. These pads work great. They are individually wrapped in a nice cotton overwrap which is way better than plastic. I’m no longer worried I smell like old lady pee throughout my day!

I have been using two pieces from other brands for overnight protection, but this one solves the problem. The design made for soft and comfy wear as well as protecting leakage. It stayed well in place with the good adhesive. This 192 pieces box would last a long time as I don’t have to use 2 pieces anymore.

Worked really well while exercising and did not shift out of place. Very discreet, no need to worry if you can see them wearing stretch pants they don’t show through.

It was bad enough when they quit carrying them in the stores and you had to order them online, but for the past 4 months, they have been out of stock for the 5 drop. We depend on them and they work and they were less expensive than the name brands. Sam's needs to get them back in stock AND BAC K IN THE STORES! PLEASE!

Were the best quality pads I bought for many years, last one had a different packaging inside and out and product quality degraded: now half the thickness and therefore absorbency. Please return this product to the quality it used to be, I’ve always trusted Member’s Mark until now. Terrible product!
