Having incontinence is not only embarrassing but expensive too. Sam’s pads extra long and overnight save me lots of money. Depends almost broke the bank. Sam’s are good quality and fantastic price.

As good or better than the more expensive name brands. Only flaw is that the adhesive needs to go all the way to the edges. The half inch or so of plain paper surrounding the pad is useless, causes leaks, and can bend under and be uncomfortable.

Very good value. Very absorbent, but almost too bulky, more like an overnight pad, especially once filled, but still felt dry. The adhesive is almost too strong, especially if used with an incontinence brief.

Had never ordered these before. Was judging which size to order by other brands I had used. These pads are too thick and bulky. Should have went with a lower size, I guess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pads are amazing. They absorb well with no leaks. They are really long and cover well. They are surprisingly comfortable and you can move around with no problem. I have also used them during the time of the month for the overnight protection, they work better than the regular kotex.

These incontinence pads used to be great, but the materials used now for absorbency are much less absorbent and the top/cover material stays wet which causes severe irritation. These changed within the late 2023 to early 2024 time frame; around the same time that Sam's removed them from the stores and made them a "shipping only" item. Even though these cost less than name brands, the discomfort and potential health risks such as yeast growth and infection are not worth the money saved.
