Everybody loves this, except me. I don't understand why food items are worse than the oven. I pre-heat, turn basket halfway during cooking time, fill baskets halfway of what they are supposed to handle. It leaves fries half burnt and half uncooked (Sam's waffles fries) and vegetables following recommendations to the letter. Obviously, food items have to go back because it's raw. It's simply terrible. So disappointed by this Ninja product. Hopefully,, it can be reimbursed as it's not a safe food option and may cause food poisoning.

I've only had this a few weeks and am just starting to use it. So far everything has turned out very well and it's easy to clean. I get intimidated by technology so it will take a while to really be comfortable using it (I'm old), but so far it's been really good. Looking forward to more experimentation!

I gave it 4 stars because this is my first air fryer I've ever bought. Yes it does an amazing job BUT there are times the food isn't cooked correctly. Again, it's my first air fryer so I am learning. Baskets are a bit narrow so that may cause cooking times to be longer. I still consider this to be my best investment overall. I rarely use my stove to cook and that also applies to my teenage daughters. They LOVE this air fryer. My kids actually want to cook!!! Super easy to clean too.

My old air fryer broke and I needed to replace it. This one is a little more expensive than I wanted. So far it has been taking some getting used to. I don't like that it is lacking an inner and outer basket because it makes cleaning hard. But I do like the dual functions. I also like the baskets but wish it were a little big larger. Overall good purchase.

Being a mom of four with a full-time job, my life is basically a circus and this air fryer has saved my life! I'm usually running on coffee and pure chaos so having an air fryer with two baskets has been life-changing and a savior for my sanity. I can finally feed the whole crew at once without having to stand over the oven for an hour after a long shift. it's huge. It's fast and it goes right in the dishwasher when I'm done. if your house is as loud and crazy as mine is, you seriously need this in your kitchen.

The Ninja Foodi 6-in-1 10-Qt Air Fryer is incredible! The dual zones let me cook two different dishes at once with zero hassle. Everything comes out crispy, quick, and restaurant-quality, and it's already saving me time and energy. this has truly been a game AND life changer.

The Ninja basket air fryer is honestly one of my favorite kitchen appliances ever. I use it at least three times a week , sometimes more because it just makes cooking so quick and easy. Whether I'm making chicken, veggies, fries, or even reheating leftovers, it always comes out perfectly crispy without the hassle. Cleaning it is a breeze (which is a huge win for me), and it saves me so much time on busy days. No waiting for the oven to preheat, no messy pans, just throw it in, set the timer, and done.

This air fryer cooks, quick and efficiently, I really liked the double compartment that lets you cook two different types of foods at different times and different temperatures. It is fairly easy to clean and maintain. Has been reliable and has not given us any issues over the years. It is a bit bulky and takes up quite some space, noise level is acceptable. Wish that baskets were a little more durable and easier to clean.

I replaced my old air fryer with this one but find it to be a little too big. My food cooks differently in each basket. I am now only using one basket at a time. Maybe I is just my machine but I think I will have to replace with a different one. 3 stars since it does cook well on one side.

My husband bought this for me as a gift about a month ago, I was skeptical as there are just the two of us, but I have used the air fryer so many times already! I love the double baskets because I can cook a meat and a side at the same time and even have them be done at the same time. I like the fact that I don't have to turn on my gas range oven and heat up a big area for two pieces of chicken, and cook potatoes on the stove top. Everything goes in the air fryer now and since I'm a food texture freak I love that everything turns out crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. And with the double baskets I can make delicious chicken wings for a crowd at a fraction of what restaurant take out costs. I have five Ninja kitchen products now and love every one of them. Thanks for making such quality products.
