No gmos or artificial flavors. Great tasting too. I’ve tried them and they are pretty good. Kind of reminds me of a fig newton, but with strawberry filling. They’re perfect sized little bars for toddlers and young kids. I usually carry a couple in my purse for when we’re on the go and my kiddos start to get hangry.

The bread is super soft, on the go snack and the strawberry filling tastes fresh so that was a plus and had so much flavor. I really ended up liking these bars more than my kids I think so I went ahead and stocked up for the rest of the month. Will definitely be trying the rest of the flavors they are so good!

The individual bars are on the smaller side but that’s because they’re aimed for young children. Even my husband loved them! His words exactly are “they’re kind of addictive” while eating his fourth bar 🤣

I was recommending this snack bar and went to look at the nutrition information to see the amount of calcium per bar and was astonished to see it reported as 0 mg. I read the reviews here and found a reference that it was previously 170 mg. I agree with others that there is no acknowledgement about the nutrition information change. I’ve been swindled. And I do not know for how long.
