We previously owned a TempurPedic (queen/firm) for 14 years-I am on the heavy side (275 pounds) and my side of the mattress developed a pocket several years ago so we decided to get another mattress. Contrary to my ideals, we succumbed to the sales lady to purchase the medium hybrid which she said would be cooler but not as firm--I don't think so-I feel hot all the time and it's too soft for me. I don't think the pillows purchased at the same time are any "cooler" than what we had either. I feel I'm going to roll off the edge of the bed all the time. My wife thinks what we have is OK (she likes the head lift too which I don't). Bottom line, I liked my firm mattress much better than this one!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE! My old mattress was one that rolls up and comes in a box. That foam kind you have to let air into the bag until it becomes a mattress. I'm glad we switched. The foam layer paired with the springs are a match made in heaven. My partner stoped having back problems after sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks. I love it because it's both squishy and supportive. The ONLY downside is that it has a...smell to it. To be expected with a new mattress but it's a bit strong and plastic. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the second Tempurpedic mattress we have owned in the past 20+ years. We had one of the original mattresses and we would never buy anything but a Tempurpedic. My husband tosses and turns all night but I never feel it with the Tempurpedic mattress. On other mattresses I feel every movement, but my Tempurpedic assures us both of a good nights sleep. ❤️❤️

It was like sleeping in quicksand. You sink into the mattress like a vacuum sucking you in. I couldn't even turn over! I had to grab the headboard to pull myself out of the mattress, just to get out if bed in the morning. They refunded my money, less a $199 "ship back" fee.

Overall, I love the mattress. That being said, there are problems. The mattress does provide support. In my case much needed. It is comforting etc. This mattress does not breath. It retains heat. Both body and otherwise. If you live in the artic, this mattress is for you. Anywhere else??? Forget about it. Also, there is a funny odor that will not go away. Even after weeks of ownership, it remains. It gets into my sheets, pillows, and comforter. That's it. T.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, this may get long, so bear with me... I had a Cloud Supreme for many years, and it just wasn't working for my back anymore. I got a Pro-Adapt Hybrid Medium to replace it. Tried that for a few weeks, and I realized it was just too firm for me, and I didn't love the springs after not having any for so long. I did a comfort exchange with the retailer, and was going to have a Luxe-Adapt Soft switched with it. Then, I got to thinking, I may as well go all out and get the cooling Luxe-Breeze Soft... so I changed that delivery to the Breeze instead. I tried it for a few weeks, and while some may think it's soft, it truly is more of a medium feel, compared to the Luxe-Adapt. It still was a little too firm for me. I took a trip to a city that had an actual Tempur Pedic store, so I was able to lay on all of the mattresses, all fully broken in. The Luxe-Breeze was never going to get quite as soft as I anticipated or needed, so I came back home and did another exchange to the Luxe-Adapt. This one is very soft, and much better for my hip/back/shoulder problems. I was initially worried it was going to be too soft, but there is still a support layer to it, and it cradles my body better as I sleep on my side. If anyone is debating between the Luxe-Adapt Soft and the Luxe-Breeze Soft, they definitely have very different feels and softness. (They have different Tempur materials) I would still say the Luxe-Breeze is towards the medium side, while the Luxe-Adapt is very soft, cloud like. Thankfully for me, the third time was the charm!

I am sleeping like a log, which is not at all normal for me. For years I tossed and turned all night, no longer. I am no longer waking up from arthritic pain. I love this mattress. Everyone deserves to be able to have a mattress that feels this good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is the bomb! With 2 kids under 2 my husband and I don't get much sleep. With our prior mattress the sleep we did get was uncomfortable and interrupted. This mattress is so solid and comfortable that you can't feel when someone else is moving so now we actually get solid sleep until awakened by crying kids. Our kids also love it asking if they can sleep in our bed and if they do they sleep so soundly. It really has revolutionized our sleep and we are so thankful!

For 30+ years I had back and hip pain while sleeping. My quad muscle would also go numb when I slept on my side. Tried several expensive mattresses but none really helped. Some were worse than others. Since sleeping on the LuxAdapt firm all pain is gone and I've experienced NO numbness. It's done what no doctors advice or pill could do. Recently we stayed in a nice hotel for a couple nights and was reminded what a traditional mattress does to my body. I definitely missed my LuxAdapt. Somewhat pricey but considering the relief I'm finally experiencing, I feel it's worth twice the price. Purchased the Split Cal-King with the extended adjustable base. Gone are the nights my spouse's snoring would wake me up several times a night. It's like I've started a new chapter in my life. Highly recommend this product.
