[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been on the hunt for the last 9 months trying to find the right mattress. My husband is a back sleeper and likes his mattress on the firm side and I'm a side sleeper and like my mattress soft. This is the perfect mattress for both of us. It's so comfortable and my husband likes that he doesn't feel like he's in a sink hole. This is our 4th mattress in the last 9 months and I wish we would have saved ourselves months of discomfort and just got this mattress. We are so happy! Don't time like we did and get this mattress.

My experience with Tempur Luxe Adapt soft has made me almost pain free at night and day! I have back problems and arthritis in hips and shoulders. I weigh 165. This bed cushions and supports me like no other. We tried other expensive mattresses and had to exchange them. The support is best for me with our adjustable frame for relief from GERDS. This mattress works great on an adjustable frame. Some other mattresses we tried left me in so much pain all day long. Prior to this we had the Tempur Pro Adapt soft. It was good, but this is better. We also bought the waterproof cooling mattress protector and it really does help keep the heat down. I love our new Tempu LuxeAdapt soft! It's improved the quality of my life. My husband, who can sleep anywhere, loves it too.

In the summer/fall I bought a LuxeAdapt soft. Slept on it for right at the full 90 day trial period. It was entirely too soft so I returned it and used my one return option to go with the LuxeAdapt firm. What a big mistake!! It is way to firm. There is no medium in this model and I could not swap out a 2nd time so I am stuck with it. What a hugh waste of money! I am having a lot of trouble with sciatica and other leg and back problems and I'm sure it is from sleeping on this mattress. I wish I had never bought it!!

First lying on the bed it doesn't have a ton of give to just body weight but after maybe 5 seconds it gives way where the most pressure+heat is, allowing excellent conforming to body shape and relieving pressure points. Much better with my shoulder for side sleeping than other expensive beds (intellibed midnight was too firm beneath the top layer for me, an extra 1 to 2 inches of fluff on top would have been preferred). Purple has more bounce but I preferred the feeling of being hugged and held in place with the lux adapt soft.

I am utterly obsessed with my mattress. It is VERY soft - like, once you're in it you ain't leaving. But if I am stressed out, literally laying on this bed helps relieve all my tension! My husband has also stopped cracking his neck constantly and honestly the world is a better place because of that! *I was gifted this mattress in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.

So far this has not been a purchase I'd repeat. The first few nights were unbearably hot. We changed over to cotton sheets and that helped a little. Keep in mind my house is usually around 65 degrees at night. I can't really tell if it is outgassing or allergies, but my eyes are beat red in the morning and my neck has been sore. My wife is worse being up for hours every night. I talked to Temperpedic customer service today and they told me to lean the mattress next to an open window. Their other option was to spend even more for a breeze model. After spending close to $5k already another brand is likely in my future.

We needed a new mattress last year as our TempurPedic that we had was near it's end. It was during the time where the bed in a box like Brooklyn Bedding were popular. Well a year later, and here I am. Had to chunk that mattress and went back to our brand. Never straying from this brand again!

Purchased the Split king both were the Tempur luxe adapt Firm, had to wait almost 2 weeks because there was only one in the warehouse and the other had to be order. When they set them up they were different heights, over an inch difference. Unacceptable given the cost of this product. Waiting for replacements.

I admit, I googled and went with a few online mattresses, but returned them all. They all rated "Best mattress of 202x", so how could I go wrong? Well, I did. After three returned mattresses, I went to a physical store, and got fitted for a super soft mattress. Laid on a few, then randomly laid on the LuxeAdapt Soft. Done deal, here's my card. I no longer dread going to bed to wake up in pain with those other mattresses. This was more than I wanted to spend, BUT worth every penny! I now look forward to going to bed. Thank you TempurPedic!!

Bought a Luxe-adapt king mattress in June at an authorized Tempurpedic dealer. I informed the salesperson of my health issues and he suggested that the Luxe-adapt soft would be my best choice. After two months of use, my back became so bad I could barely crawl out of bed. I called Tempurpedic and spoke with a "Sleep Expert" and was told that I never should have bought the soft mattress and I need to return it for a "firm". It's now been a month with the firm mattress and my back has gotten worse. I moved into my guest bedroom with a standard mattress and have no issues with pain. I called the head of customer support and was told that they wouldn't do a thing for me. I was told to have my lawyer contact their legal Department and then he hung up on me. This is a very bad product from an even worse Company.
