[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tempurpedic mattress is by far more substantial than other mail order mattresses. We tried the other less expensive options and had to return them because they were so flimsy. The extra cost of a Tempur-Pedic is well worth it because you get a high quality product. We are enjoying ours and our sleep has improved overall.

With our old mattress (also a foam-style) we'd wake up in the morning (and often at night) with sore and achy backs, not quite feeling as though we got the sleep we needed. The Tempur Luxe-Adapt has cured those ills and not only do we wake up without the sore back, we wake up much more refreshed. A nice change (and a nice mattress)! Thanks! Jim and Deb

Some nights I don't think my head hits the pillow before I'm asleep. The only thing is the mattress is thicker than my old one, now my bed is too tall because I used my old box springs(base tempur-pedic boxes) when I did the warranty. No one told me the mattress was thicker than the older ones.

My husband and I both have trouble sleeping but since getting this bed we have been sleeping very well. This is our second Tempur Pedic. Unfortunately we bought a different bed after our last one got too old. We never should have changed to something other than the tempur pedic.

But it is absolutely hands down the MOST COMFORTABLE mattress I've ever slept on in my life! Even without the extra features that could be enjoyed IF I had the Tempurpedic PowerBase for the mattress to be put down into. This is an item which can be purchased (separately) for the mattress to be put into since it hat could possibly I have had this mattress about 3 weeks now, I fell in love the first night & it still keeps getting more and more comfortable!!! I believe that's due to the special type of memory foam that is used in tempurpedic products because it is not just regular memory foam, it is much better! This mattress will conform to your body in the most perfect way and it literally feels like it hugs every part of me which I love! As a side sleeper with scoliosis curvatures in my middle of my back and also where my spine meets my neck. This mattress has already made a huge difference as far as helping my chronic pain that I deal with from the scoliosis. I love that this mattress helps to keep cool at night also, which I think would do even better with that if I wasn't addicted to my flannel sheets lol. Another thing I love about this mattress is that it is not your traditional white or off white colored mattress. My kids especially, and myself can be quite messy, so dark colors are always better for us! I love everything about this mattress I truly do. The comfort level if rated 1 - 10 would definitely surpass 10 by thousands There are only two negative things I can say about this mattress, which both things are not even aspects that would even be an issue with some or most people in the first place. The first would be that it has a very high price point. The next is that it can not be used with a regular box spring due to the heavy weight of the mattress which again, this is probably not an issue for some if not most people.

I have had my TEMPUR-Luxe Adapt Soft for 3 months. I love how it supports my Lumbar Spine and molds to my body even when I turn in my sleep. I love how I sleep straight through the night and wake up refreshed. It stays cool; the mattress doesn't warm up, so I don't wake up because I am hot/warm. This is my first TEMPUR PEDIC, and I am really happy I purchased it.

I like the mattress! This, mattress together with an adjustable bed frame, is giving me the best sleep I have had in years. I really like the way it cradles me when I sleep and quickly adjusts to a change in my position. I cannot think anything I do not like about this mattress.

Why look around when you can go directly to the source ? The one and only for a restful, healing night's sleep. I found that I actually sleep less because I'm getting such high quality sleep. After only 4-6 hours in this bed, I awake refreshed and ready to perform.

Our old mattress was 17 years old. My heels would hurt if I laid on my back because I have heel spurs. My hips would hurt if I laid on either side for very long, so I was constantly waking up in pain. I was having to change position in the bed when I would wake up in pain from side to side to back. I would wake up tired and in pain! My husband has back pain. He could not find any position on our bed to be comfortable. Since we have gotten our new TEMPURE-LuxeAdapt Soft mattress, we have both been sleeping better. I still have some pain, but nothing like it was before we got our new mattress. We love our new mattress!

Let me be crystal clear: this is literally the best mattress I've ever tried. I travel widely, meaning I've tried many different types of mattresses. And I didn't WANT to like this mattress, due to its price. In fact, I fought my partner tooth and nail about getting it. But once he bought it, I started to change my tune. And now that it's broken in, I actually dislike sleeping on anything else (another problem entirely). I'm the world's lightest sleeper, and finally I can sleep through it when my partner gets in and out of bed. I love soft mattresses, and this one fulfills that criterion, but is also supportive and adaptable; as I've gained weight during pregnancy, this mattress is just as comfortable. Is it absurdly expensive? You bet your bippy it is. But if you can afford this, just do it. You'll have it at least a decade (likely more, if you're like me), which works out to a dollar a night or so. As much as I hate to admit it, it's just worth it. And get the Tempurpedic brand mattress cover too. It's far superior to off brand ones.
