We met Jose Sierra while he was working one the Mattress Firm booths at the Houston Livestock and Rodeo, he gave us alot of information about all of the products and what he thought would be good for us. I recently had 2 major back surgeries and was in alot of pain and struggled to get comfortable sleep. We purchased the LuxeAdapt Soft along with some pillows. Delivery was speedy and setup was great. We have referred several friends and family members to call Jose or visit there local Mattress Firm and tryout the beds for themselves. My sleep numbers in my Samsung app have gone from the low 70's to the high 90's and my wife also is getting better sleep.

I have had a tempur-pedic mattress for 15 or so years, and loved it. Decided it was time for a new mattress. Went to my local dealer and started laying on the medium and firm mattresses. I assumed I knew what I wanted and kind of ignored the salesman. He suggested I use the mapping technology to tell me which firmness to choose. He did two tests, on my back and side, both indicated from my pressure points that I needed a soft mattress. I tried it out and fell in love. I no longer had to readjust to the "sweet spot" for my shoulder. I am very happy with my mattress and the service I received during my purchase. I went back a couple of weeks later and bought 2 king size pillows. I use them as side sleep hug pillows and I love them.

While the mattress is comfortable, I am going to trade the soft for a firm because the soft sinks too much under my 240 pound body. I probably sink into the mattress 8 inches and this leaves my hips and pelvis out of alignment with my spine and has resulted in back pain. Hopefully the firm will be more supportive. It's hard to strike a balance because my wife is 120 pounds and the only options are firm or soft. Wish there was a medium.

Had purchased another product with 30 day trail guarantee and was disappointed early on. Could hardly wait to upgrade. Such a relief after facing the cost difference and realizing that comfort "was" the issue. In my senior years, this readily became a most wise purchase! As a side sleeper, my left hip seemingly has eased from some of it's issues accredited to the conformity of the product!

Caused more pain to my back. I hated everything about this mattress very uncomfortable and poorly manufactured. Very expensive for no good reasons. I dumped it after trying to get it exchange and they refused to replace it. They made me return my original bed bought another bed and still didn't replace it. They looked for ever poor excuse not to replace. I just got fed up and dumped it. I purchased another cheaper mattress and it worked way better than the tempur pedic. Very uncaring and lying to people is what tempur pedic is. Looking into suing them now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to start, softness, honestly with the softness level that I've noticed I would expect this mattress to be a medium firm not a soft. don't get me this is still a great mattress, just not very soft to me...and my body needs SOFT. That's the only major con for me with this mattress. It is very heavy but that's not really a con unless you have to move it solo. Now the PRO's gotta save the best for last. It does conform to your body pretty well, and it rebounds fast also. Movement really isn't felt across the mattress, I can not tell when there is movement on the other side from my side. I wouldn't be scared to try the egg test or water test on this mattress, that's how strongly I believe in this mattress in that regard. I can't do it though, a houseful of animals, so while the mattress wouldn't dump the water, the animal sure would. No waking or being awoken due to movement. I love this mattress in this regard. The mattress's design is attractive and very soft; you can sleep on it and be comfortable without sheets. In summary, this is an amazing mattress in many areas, really the other downfall for me is it's not soft enough, but my back is horribly messed up, so it may be just my opinion. Do I think it's worth the price, no not really. But if you can afford it and don't need a really soft mattress then this could be just the right mattress for you.

This Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt is our second Tempur-Pedic mattress, and I'm absolutely sold. After over 14 years with our last mattress, we knew it was time for an upgrade, and while this one is a bit pricier, it's clear that a good night's sleep is truly priceless. The LuxeAdapt did take a few nights to adjust to after our old one finally wore out, but now, I can't imagine sleeping on anything else. It offers a level of comfort and support that's unmatched, and I'm confident this mattress will last us for another 14 years. If you're considering investing in quality sleep, this is absolutely worth it!

First of all, let me start by saying how grateful and lucky I feel to be able to try out a mattress such as this one. I have always dreamed of one day owning one but could never quite afford it. Having poor blood circulation, RLS, and chronic lower back pain makes life hard, especially getting a good night's rest. I'm a firm believer that it is crucial to get enough sleep to function and live a healthy, active life. I always tossed and turned, and could never find a soft enough mattress to adapt to the high arch in my back and allow me to rest on my back for very long. My legs would go numb and throb to the point I would have to get up and walk around for awhile. This mattress truly came at a time in my life where I didn't even realize how much I needed this. The moment I first laid in it, I felt so much relief that I cannot even put into words. I had chills and truly felt like the weight had been lifted off of me. The way in which this mattress adapts and conforms to your body, is unlike any other. It fits like a glove. I've now had my mattress 7 months and it is NOTHING like it was at the store. When I tested the mattress at the store it was like sleeping on a cloud. I fell in love. My mattress is somewhat firm and now has a dip in the middle. Super uncomfortable and I wake up stiff and sore every morning and get the worst sleep. I do not recommend this mattress.

One side of the mattress sinks in badly, and there is little support. Can't move off that one spot on mattress or will slide back into indent. Warranty was denied because the indent isn't easily visible. We will never recommend your product and are very disappointed in customer service..
