We were told this mattress was 3 degrees cooler than the others. Well I don't think so! I have sweated more with this mattress than I have with any other. I do love the adjusting base however can't get comfortable yet we have had it for 1 week now and I haven't found my spot yet! But I'm very disappointed in the cooling function.

Why did we wait so long to replace our outdated Tempur-pedic! We pushed the life of our old tempurpedic for far too long. My lower back was hurting each morning, so I finally caved. I'm glad I did - such improvements in the technology (cool temperature) and comfort. I'm loving it! Highly recommended!

I bought the luxe adapt soft mostly because I have arthritis and needed a mattress that would help with neck and shoulder pain. It wasn't what I wanted to pay but if it helped relieve the pain, It would be worth it. I've had it about 3 weeks and I have noticed that I no longer wake up with neck and shoulder pain. Also not as sore all over as I used to be in the morning. Not moving around all night like I did with the old mattress, it is really comfortable. So far satisfied and happy with my purchase. It does appear that the mattress does help with pressure points in the neck area as stated.

I have waited to write this review until I had slept on the mattress for at least 30 days. The mattress has proven to be all it was described. Soft, but very supportive. Well made, and of the highest quality. The mattress breathes well. Good quality sleep!

I can sleep well on this with no back ache or soreness anywhere. Something I have not been able to do in years. However, the smell that comes off this product when new, and just unwrapped, really burns the nose, gives headaches, and forced me to sleep on the couch for two weeks. It stunk up my clothing in the closet next to the bed! I wish the salesman had been more forthcoming about this one really annoying issue. It's the same issue with the Temper Pedic pillows. The pillows I have let air out for two months in the spare room and I will probably install them this weekend. If I had bought the thing in summer, rather than winter, the problem would have gone away faster. I could haved aired out the bedroom for a week and probably made out fine. Guys, this is an expensive mattress and I wanted the best. I am keeping it because it does work great, but I had a rocky start with it. That could have been avoided by saying some mattresses may need a long air out time once unwrapped. That smell is the reason I gave it four stars. Otherwise it would have five. To be fair the smell did fade to the point where I don't notice it after three weeks. But in this price class, that's annoying. Sorry.

This is our second Tempur Pedic mattress so we were aware of the 90 day break in period. Honestly did not need this period, mattress was comfortable from day one. Good nights sleep back on track! And really did not have any memory foam odor that is associated with memory foam mattresses. Our first Tempur Pedic was one of the first generations and literally weighted a ton. So changing the sheets are no longer a dreaded chore. And the option to remove the cover and wash is a definite plus. Last model was a "pillow top" and we did a warranty claim. Customer service is EXTREMELY easy to work with and really had our best interest in mind. Made the warranty claim very easy and seamless. We are so happy with this mattress and have already had two friends switch after going to the showroom and trying them out. My co-worker and her husband purchased the same model but in soft. Little too cushy for us, but they love it compared to their last highly advertised bed! 100% recommend this mattress. You will not be disappointed and you can try them out in a showroom unlike some models sold on TV.

I have fibromyalgia so it is very important to find a mattress that gives fits my body contours comfortably. So far the mattress is working well. It is still a little firm since it is new and I am hoping that it does not take too long to become like the model at the store. I almost fell asleep on that one!

Im greatly disappointed in this bed. I had high hopes. I dont know if I was given a used bed or what, but one side was already dented in, like it had been slept on. It was from day one. I contacted customer care and they took 10 days to get back to me. When they did they wanted me to send my information again. I refused because it took alot to move that heavy mattress to take pictures and I rehurt my back. Low and behold they had the information that I sent. Also there was no way for them to not have it because you couldnt continue with the claim without the needed information. I had several reps and the last one told me that the bed was not dented enough and the claim was denied. So there is no way for the bed to show that much dent by design. It is a very dense mattress, and you could see it a little bit, but you can feel the huge difference in both sides after flipping it around, which also leads me to believe I have a used mattress. I dont weigh enough to cause any type of dent like that in the bed on day way. So good luck if you need to submit a warranty claim on a faulty mattress that was designed not to cave in, but is some how different on two sides from the 1st day you sleep on it, They will not honor the defect warranty.

This is the second Tempurpedic mattress we have owned in the past 20+ years. We had one of the original mattresses and we would never buy anything but a Tempurpedic. My husband tosses and turns all night but I never feel it with the Tempurpedic mattress. On other mattresses I feel every movement, but my Tempurpedic assures us both of a good nights sleep. ❤️❤️

Finally after buying a competitor's mattress and having nothing but trouble, we have found exactly what we wanted. My husband is in the military and on his feet all day and the zero gravity helps his back and joints. We ordered the bed and it was delivered in 6 days. So fast and delivery was seamless.
