I just got my delivery. I am super pumped and happy and looking forward to having a great night sleep. everything was easy from the purchase to the delivery very professional.

I've only had the mattress for a few weeks, but it is 5x better than my previous bed. I've noticed better sleep and my body feeling better from the support it provides. Highly recommend 👍🏼

I love this mattress! Worth every penny! The only complaint I have is with the delivery. I did see a “single white glove” but I believe they just pulled it from their pocket so I'd see it. So, their “white glove delivery” does not mean what they say. They also seemed in a hurry and didn't spend much time explaining it all.

I hate this mattress! After loving my old king tempur mattress for years I just needed to downsize for space reasons. I ordered a firm mattress expecting to love it. I can't sit on the edge of the bed because it slowly dumps me off. I bought a stool to get me higher so I could jump onto the mattress avoiding the edge but it only helps a little. It's hard to move or change positions and I have to work my way over to the middle of the bed to get comfortable. I had no hesitation to spend this much money because I'd loved my old mattress and because of Tempurs reputation of standing behind their products. However I was told by someone from the company who emailed me asking how I liked it, that this particular mattress was a close out and not eligible for exchange. I try not to get angry every time I get into the bed but it's not working.

Having slept on a coil mattress my entire life, I was very hesitant to move over to a foam bed, but I'm glad I did! I knew our mattress was past it's prime (20 years old), but I didn't attribute my lower back issues to the mattress. I purchased this mattress a month ago and during this time, it has supported body, relived all the pressure points, and eased a lot of my lower back issues!

After only three years of owning this mattress, I now wake up with shoulder pain and numb hands due to being a side sleeper. From what I understand, the top layer foam softens up and the stiffer foam layer below it is what you're sleeping on causing pain for side sleepers. Even when I sleep on my back if my elbows are the touch point it numbs my hands.

I absolutely love this bed!! I have never slept on anything so comfortable. On our old bed, I would wake up multiple times per night and was always tired. Now, I wake up once or not at all. It has made a wonderful difference in my mood and how I function during the day. I definitely am so grateful that we made this choice!

The mattress being reviewed is our 3rd Tempurpedic. First two were great. We were suggested moving up to the next level up Tempurpedic mattress when we purchased our current mattress. My wife started feeling pain in her hips and knees and we traced it down to our new Tempurpedic. The mattress is bowed in the middle and sides are rounded. Submitted a warranty claim, exchanged many emails, sent many pictures and we were denied our claim as we were told we were using an improper foundation. We have a purchased slat system sitting on top of the slats from our platform bed, so the mattress is well supported and the mattress does not slip through any slats. At the mattress store where we purchased the mattress we were never told to use a particular foundation or your warranty would be voided. Tempurpedic at the end acknowledged that the mattress was experiencing some damage. The best that they would do for us was to offer 50% off if we buy another mattress that is less than a year old (this is probably still more than Tempurpedic's cost). I don't think this is a company that stands behind it's very expensive products. Now we are sleeping on a warehouse memory foam mattress in our spare bedroom without any other issues. Hope this helps other customers to make informed decisions.

The first night was a bit rough, but the next night on has been so good! I am sleeping deeper and I believe, longer than before. I had been dealing with pain in my shoulder and I was fearing my body was telling me I was getting close to a shoulder joint replacement. Within two days of sleeping on my new Temper-pedic mattress, the pain lessened appreciably and now, after slightly over a month, the pain is totally gone. I'd say this mattress is a winner!

This mattress has been the best thing ever happened to us and my wife. We love it so much. She is finally getting a full night sleep
