Love the softness and comfort. Would like it to be cooler. So comfort = 5 stars Cool/heat = 3 stars.

Very happy to buy this another one as I had one Firm cloud mattress before and very much satisfied with the quality.

My husband has bern suffering with back pain for a while but since purchasing our new mattress he sleeps better.

We just had ours delivered yesterday and we love it. We chose the firm and it is really firm and comfortable. The customer service was great too!

The support on the back is great but not the shoulder, feel like the head and shoulder part are too stiff

This is a great mattress... Takes a few weeks to break in like the one at the store... But overall I'm sleeping well

This mattress is awesome. I no longer wake up in pain. I highly recommend getting this mattress with an adjustable frame.

We've only had this mattress for about a month and it is awesome. I have yet to have a night that I had trouble falling asleep. So far it's great!!
