[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product smells amazing! I can see how it's 72 hr protection. I did experience a burning sensation, especially on freshly shaved areas. At first I thought I was spraying too close but even from far away I still got the same feeling. I've tried other body deodorant sprays and didn't get the same sensation. The smell and strength of the product definitely made me feel more confident but just didn't care for the burn when I first applied.

I was embarrassed to be out and about while testing this and smelling like b.o. The fact that it can be used on the whole body and is aluminum free are the only reasons that I gave it 2 stars. I was very excited to try this Dove whole body deodorant, because I love the capital Dove brand! What's best about this brand is the gentle formulas and their product testing that ensures that these products are safe for sensitive skin. I have sensitive skin, and I have been using DOVE for many years because their products are gentle but effective. I have always struggled since my teen years, with excessive sweating, particularly on my hands and my legs. This new all over body deodorant is a lifesaver. It is a spray formula which makes it extremely easy to apply, and I have found that this product has helped keep me smelling fresh and clean all day! Also, this scent, coconut vanilla smells amazing! It's like sitting on the beach on a summer day! I will continue to use this product after this bottle is gone!

I didn’t shave or anything so what I do to use this product is I put thin layer of my regular deordorant and then apply this one. It really does have a cooling effect and the can really smell the coconut. The scent is really refreshing and not too powerful. It’s aluminum free as well which is really good. The time I directly applied it didn’t leave a white residue. I wish my skin wasn’t super sensitive so could use it as it should be. Overall it seems to work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am glad and thankful for this opportunity from Topbox Circle to Test & Review Dove Whole Body Deodorant Spray - Coconut and Vanilla. When I got this deodorant spray, I thought that it combined my favorite fragrances - coconut and vanilla. But do I need my armpits to smell like coconut and vanilla? :) Maybe it makes more sense as it's a whole body deo. (Please read directions though, because it's not for a "whole body, anywhere," actually.) The scent is quite strong and sweet. I need to use very little in order that it's not too much. It is really nice though, like a good perfume. Just not for my armpits. I prefer the less smell of any kind there, the better. I don't buy products with parabens, so I am glad there are no parabens in this deodorant. I like that it's invisible, for sensitive skin, and dermatologist tested. Deodorants last a long time for me, so I don't need to stock up, and I prefer smaller sizes; besides they are easier for on the go. I don't notice any cooling sensation, as it states on the packaging. It also promises "72h odor protection." I can't comment on that exactly because I am one of those people who sweats a lot, and no deodorants can stop it. But they make it better (less bad smell for longer), and this deo does this job for me as well. But overall, it gives me more an impression of a perfume than freshness.
