The spray is light so I don’t feel like I’m coded in deodorant spray, and it really helps with the after gym sweat with a nice light delicious smelling scent! Not to mention, the price is great !

I think it is a must, that you spray after a shower, then again when you’re done with a workout, if you aren ’t showering right away. I didn’t feel any “cooling” effects though. I noticed that it didn’t last anything nearly close to 72hrs. I’d say maybe 12hrs, if exercising, before I was thinking about reapplying because I started to smell. Normal activity it made it 24hrs.

The only thing I noticed is I still perspire, while in comparison to other products I use that reduce the amount of sweat given off.

If you’re allergic to fragrances on your body i wouldn’t recommend but if youre allergic are someone like me who loves to smell good and not allergic to the fragrance, you will love it. I applied right after shower and i can still smell it on me after 8 hrs.
