[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I throughly enjoyed these new mac and cheese flavors! The ranch flavor was spot on and zesty. Both mac and cheeses had a creamy smooth texture like the ideal original Kraft. However the Jalapeño flavor left something lacking. A distinct extra kick was left out from this flavor. There's a bite to it for sure, with a small residual heat, but it doesn't have that freshness one would expect from a normal Jalapeño. That being said, it's still a delicious mac and cheese kit for very cheap! It was also incredibly easy to prepare with as little as 5 steps! I would certainly purchase this version again over the original flavor, however I would definitely suggest sprucing it up with additional spices and some salt to really balance out the flavor profile with some umami. I would recommend this flavor to those looking for a bit of heat to their mac and cheese without going for the Sriacha first!

It has the same easy to make instructions, and has the same cheesy taste, but with a spicy twist. For those folks who like spicy foods, this will totally be on your menu along side bbq or hot dogs. Honestly, it was a little too much for me, but I am a mild salsa kind of gal. But, I do think this is a good addition to the mac n cheese line up.

Not quite as cheesy tasting as the Original but if you are looking to mix things up a bit, it is certainly worth a try. May let you eat the whole box and not have to share with the kids
