When I first tasted the product, I was waiting for the heat of the jalapeno to kick in. It's one of those that you have to wait for it (at least for me). After several bites of the Mac & Cheese, that's when the heat really starts to kick in. I thought the after effect of the heat was a bit too much. If the flavor and heat could be consistent throughout, the flavor would be much better. Opening the cheese powder packet definitely cleaned out my sinuses! While I thought this product was ok, I probably wouldn't purchase it in the further. However, I would recommend others to try the product.

It tastes the same as their regular Mac and cheese cups but with some heat and a nice kick of jalapeno. The cooking instructions are the same as the regular cups. Portion size is just enough for a snack between meals. They are a bit spicy but not too overpowering .

It's great for switching things up a bit and we would occasionally get this flavor, especially for family gathering when we have other people who will eat spicy foods also. Lol Our kids definitely prefer the ranch flavor though.
