[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had a big bowl of Kraft mac & cheese jalapeño flavored and man…..it is the taste you fell in love with as a kid and loved it even more as an adult but with a kick. It’s a great twist on a favorite comfort meal. I would totally recommend this mac and cheese to my friends, family and anyone who loves Kraft mac and cheese and wants a little extra spice in their life.

I like jalapeños I like spicy, but the flavor of the mac & cheese is not an overwhelming jalapeño flavor so much so as an overwhelming heat that makes it almost too unbearable to enjoy. Do not suggest giving this to children or your friend who just likes mac & cheese. It was a shoot and a miss. And with that said, even the packet with the cheese flavoring does not taste of cheese. I may go back to Velveeta.

When they reached the house, I remembered my package was arriving today, and my suspicions were confirmed when my son, 13, and daughter, 10, burst through the door, bickering over who would get to open the intriguing box addressed to someone else. They eagerly ripped it open, and my son’s eyes lit up at the sight of jalapeno Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, instantly asking if we could have it for lunch this weekend. Unfortunately, my daughter, who is allergic to dairy, lost interest. I decided to prepare the jalapeno mac and cheese for lunch today, and the aroma was enticing. I found it tasty but a bit too spicy for my mild taste buds, while my son, a fan of spicy foods, thought it was just right. I would definitely buy it again, but likely for my son and nephew to enjoy.

Now typically this wouldn't have been a flavour I would have chosen to try, but because of this test I tried it, and I would definitely buy and try it again.
