The portion size is great to keep you on track, I would totally crush a bigger container but this helps a portion controlled diet.

So if you can't handle spice, you may want to skip this one. It's the perfect amount. It cooks in 3 minutes in the microwave, very easy to make.

It’s not too spicy for most palates, but it definitely has enough heat to keep things interesting—my mouth tingled a bit, which I loved!
