It's not overly cheesy but this Mac and cheese has Bite! Yes it will kick your tongue but in a good way. I live alone so luckily I was able to have the jalapeno Mac and cheese with steak, Chicken breast and a hamburger. It went well with all 3 main dishes. I have recommended this Mac and cheese to friends already. I'll definitely buy it in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the product preparation was convenient, but the taste was a bit too spicy for my taste, not the depth of a mild chili pepper but almost a chemical burn. It had way more jalapeno than a bit of spice as stated on the packaging, so I can't imagine children enjoying this product. I would not purchase this item again, but would recommend this updated version of a classic mac and cheese to friends that enjoy the kick of hot and spicy foods.
