I absolutely love it for doing my abs workout, but you have to be careful cause it doesn't create any friction against the floor and sometimes it can be slippery (almost fell off a few times lol). Easy to clean.

I put them under the floor of the children's playroom to help keep them safe and prevent them from slipping on the floor and falling. If they do fall, it also limits the damage.

The quality of these mats is not as durable as I had hoped. These mats feel less sturdy, and the end pieces are noticeably thinner. During my workouts, especially when transitioning between different stretching positions, the mats started to pull apart, which was quite frustrating. On the upside, the foam does offer a decent level of comfort for basic exercises. They provide adequate cushioning for light stretches, but I wouldn’t recommend them for high-impact workouts. The inclusion of a free 3-month membership to Centr is a plus tho if you have been wanting to follow a trainer. In summary, while the foam gym mats served their purpose for simple exercises, I can't ignore the concerns regarding their durability and thickness. If you’re looking for something long-lasting or for intense workouts, you might want to explore other options.
