I've had this for a few weeks and have put it to the test! Most notably, I cleaned the bottom of our very old shower that has been stained since we moved into our house. No product has touched it. With some solid elbow grease and this steamer, the stain is gone and it's nothing short of a miracle. I've used this in my bathroom, car, on carpet, upholstery, you name it. Solid product and so easy to use. Nothing but good to say.

The dirt melts like butter, it's so satisfying. It's literally the only equipment you need to clean your home. I love for my cleaning business and my client's do to. I'll be buying another one. It's already paid for itself

I have the original 1984 GE self-cleaning oven in my home. Still works great but now looks so much cleaner around and between the doors, etc. I am just amazed how well the Neat Plus cleans/steams. Certain it will work great on the rest of the house. Got the more challenging appliance done first.

This product has become my go-to for all of my cleaning jobs around the home, and i've even used it outside for garden and patio furniture! I've managed to clean almost everything in my home without having to use any chemicals which is great as i'm sensitive to a lot of chemicals and fragrances, and it's so much healthier for my pets too :) I love the fact that it heats up so quickly so I can just grab it and use it whenever I need to - highly recommend for anyone looking for an effective cleaning product that is also good for your environment!

Cleans better than any chemical on the market. You've never fully "cleaned" until you use the Neat Plus! Dirt, Grease, and grime literally melt away. It is also incredibly satisfying.. especially to clean stubborn things like grout lines!

I really love this product—it’s excellent for steaming and cleaning. However, I’ve run into two issues that I hope can be addressed. First, the cord is not retractable, which makes it difficult to move around in larger spaces and inconvenient to store. Wrapping it underneath is not very practical, and it doesn't stay in place. Second, the hose is already coming apart from the main square unit, and I purchased this less than a year ago. Considering the price, I was expecting greater durability for a household item of this quality.

The steaming pad stick broke within weeks of usage. The original, cheaper version of this was the one I started out with years ago and felt like it was better quality than the Neat Plus. But I will give the other products a try before I give up hope in Duprays quality. I hope Dupray takes this opportunity to review what their loyal customers need them to address.

I bought this a month ago and was extremely disappointed in the product. I have it a month to see if it would grow on me but I continue to be disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Leaves a TON of water behind so you have to wipe it all up after AND still doesn’t remove the mess. So not only do I have to clean up the water I then have to go back with a spray bottle & clean it the good old fashion way anyway. The cord doesn’t wrap up nicely. The water doesn’t come out hot right away despite the green ready light indicator & it shoots out everywhere at first. Makes more of a mess than the original mess
