[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the BIC Break-Resistant Mechanical Pencil. It really is the best mechanical pencil I have ever used. That sounds sort of silly but I love pens and pencils and have tried so many mechanical pencils over the years that the previous sentence is absolutely true. I have reached for this pencil constantly and the lead has never broken. It has a really smooth and dark lead and is a pleasure to write with. I like the click button on the side that advances the lead. The eraser is of great quality and cleanly removes any of my written boo-boos. My desk always has a stack of notes to myself and this pencil has been a pleasure to use. I have arthritis in my hands and this pencil is easy to grip and the strength of the lead has been a real plus for me. As a side note, I really love the purple accents on my new pencil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bic Break Resistant Mechanical Pencil is AWESOME! I love mechanical pencils but it is so hard to find one that keeps working. This one is great and the lead is darker so what I write is always legible. I can even write really small and see it clearly. The eraser works great! I even really like the shape and the grip. It is comfortable to hold. I have been using it alot and see it is holding up fine despite a few drops (ugh) and inevitable wear and tear. I am always looking for a dependable pencil and this one is the best!

I am still using my first set up of this pencil. I was so happy I have already bought them and did not fill the need to buy the refills as well. Hope they don't put the company out of business with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bic break resistant mechanical pencil is really nice, very good quality. These are the type of pencils I buy my son for school. I don't like the cheap ones that break because it's not worth it in the long run. I like the twistable eraser top, that makes these pencils last that much longer. This is a pencil that will last many years, and I'd rather spend my money on a pencil like this then those cheap ones that break. I will definitely consider these pencils when purchasing school supplies next year.

The pencil is thick and sturdy, and the lead is thick and does not break easily, making for a smooth writing experience. I'm so glad I got these!!!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a nice pencil. I don't like pencils but if given a choice, I'd prefer this one. Erased well and wrote smoothly. I do think the eraser could be a bit bigger, for the small amount of erasing I did I think the eraser wore down a lot more than you'd expect. That also being said, the eraser worked well and cleaned up the pencil marks to nothing.

They're definitely durable for long writing sessions. The writing is very smooth with an easy flow too. I really love that I can use these without that aggravating breaking of lead I use to deal with. With these, it's no longer a concern, thankfully! I love the style and the design of these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a nice grip and the lead flows easily across the paper. I did not experience constant breakage of the lead like I have in the past with other brands, and so this to me is a far superior pencil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like the placement of the lead clicker. It interferes with the feel of it in my hand. It sits strangely because of it. The lead did not seem stronger to me, it broke easily. It does write nicely and is a far nicer design than the cheap, skinny ones. The eraser works well. Overall I like it, it just needs some design tweaks.
