They held up great and they complimented smoothness of writing and ease of being able to erase if a mistake is made. They felt that they lasted longer than some other mechanical pencils they have tried in the past. Good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, I don’t use pencils anymore. These leads are the same as I remember 15 years ago from school. They may be thicker but still delicate. They don’t last very long either. I do love a your bic pens! I can’t remember the style type but they’re blue and I would actually purchase these for work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a very nice product, it wrote fine. Problem is I don't like pencils only pens. I think the market for pencils will eventually die once its not needed for standardized testing. Everyone I know prefers a pen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Bic Break-Resistant Mechanical Pencil very much. I use mechanical pencils regularly and use other brands. The lead breaks off easily and the erasers are small and often make more of a mess than anything. The Bic pencil writes nicely, even with my light touch, and the eraser is large and should last a long time. I also like how it dispenses a very short/small amount of lead at a time, compared to other mechanical pencils that I have used.

I can trust that I won’t run out of lead when taking a test and I use it all the time when taking notes. Its truly the best and I now recommend it to all my friends.

I end up purchasing multiple packages to replace the pencils. This break resistant pencil holds up to intense pressure. My oldest son is hard on mechanical pencils. This pencil held up during his homework and test taking. I highly recommend this pencil.

To my surprise they did, gone is the days of constant clicking down more lead to finish writing a sentence! My son also now prefers this brand and style.
