This Yo Mamas alfredo sauce looked good in the jar but when i used it as a mac and cheese sauce it turned into a oily mess and broke apart. It was gross but ate it anyway since i wasnt going to make another dinner. Probably will not buy again. I still have the other 2 jars that i dont know what i am going to do with.

I have tried many Alfredo sauces and happened upon this one. Not only are the ingredients clean but it has no egg! I have suffered through too many Alfredo Sauces that have egg because I love it too much. So glad I found this sauce!

This was the absolute worst Alfredo sauce I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten a lot of Alfredo. After my first mouthful, I thought it had gone bad. It was so sour. I have never had a sour Alfredo. I looked at the ingredients and lo and behold…citrus fiber and lemon juice concentrate! Yuck! Definitely not a traditional Alfredo. Skip this if you’re looking for traditional Alfredo.

This is almost 3 times the price of Bertolli Alfredo sauce! Bertolli has 2 carbs with 0 fiber and 2 protein. This so called low carb sauce has 3 carbs and 0 fiber 2 protein. This is worse than the normal sauce. Claiming to be something it isn't just to jack up the prices in an already struggling economy. And we wonder why obesity is a problem in America. Someone struggling to loose wight or live a healthier life will spend money on this not realizing its Worse then the “Regular/Not low carb sauce” The audacity is astounding! This sauce is higher in sodium “more water retention” higher in saturated fats “more weight gain and higher cholesterol “ higher in calories “ again more weight gain” SMH this company should be ashamed . Educate and read your labels don't waste your money on lying brands. Would have given 0 stars had that been an option!

Yuck. I love Alfredo and I love garlic. This is terrible. I am now using half a jar mixed into regular Alfredo so not to waste and it even alters the taste of the plain in a negative way. The garlic is extremely strong. The texture is weird. I always add ground pepper and a bit of thyme (sometimes Rosemary) and it did not help.

It is delicious! Life changing for an egg allergy household. Delish!

This is the worst tasting Alfredo Sauce I have ever had. I ordered the Marinara Sauce in the same brand. I better it's crappy, too. Live and learn, I guess, but what a waste of money.

We made a chicken broccoli Alfredo and it was delicious!! The whole family loved it!! Definitely will buy this brand again and tell my friends about it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fresh ingredients and glass bottle! The flavor is a great base better than most store-bought Alfredo sauces. Flavor-wise, it’s a great starter sauce. On its own, it's smooth and has a solid flavor. I did add my own special touch to make it just right for my family, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. That said, it’s still better than most store bought Alfredo sauces I’ve tried, which definitely earns it points in my book!

I loved the packaging and provided information on what was added and the calorie. The texture is great too. Loved using this for making fettuccine Alfredo pasta!!!
