This Yo Mamas alfredo sauce looked good in the jar but when i used it as a mac and cheese sauce it turned into a oily mess and broke apart. It was gross but ate it anyway since i wasnt going to make another dinner. Probably will not buy again. I still have the other 2 jars that i dont know what i am going to do with.

Yuck. I love Alfredo and I love garlic. This is terrible. I am now using half a jar mixed into regular Alfredo so not to waste and it even alters the taste of the plain in a negative way. The garlic is extremely strong. The texture is weird. I always add ground pepper and a bit of thyme (sometimes Rosemary) and it did not help.

This is almost 3 times the price of Bertolli Alfredo sauce! Bertolli has 2 carbs with 0 fiber and 2 protein. This so called low carb sauce has 3 carbs and 0 fiber 2 protein. This is worse than the normal sauce. Claiming to be something it isn't just to jack up the prices in an already struggling economy. And we wonder why obesity is a problem in America. Someone struggling to loose wight or live a healthier life will spend money on this not realizing its Worse then the “Regular/Not low carb sauce” The audacity is astounding! This sauce is higher in sodium “more water retention” higher in saturated fats “more weight gain and higher cholesterol “ higher in calories “ again more weight gain” SMH this company should be ashamed . Educate and read your labels don't waste your money on lying brands. Would have given 0 stars had that been an option!

This was the absolute worst Alfredo sauce I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten a lot of Alfredo. After my first mouthful, I thought it had gone bad. It was so sour. I have never had a sour Alfredo. I looked at the ingredients and lo and behold…citrus fiber and lemon juice concentrate! Yuck! Definitely not a traditional Alfredo. Skip this if you’re looking for traditional Alfredo.

It is delicious! Life changing for an egg allergy household. Delish!

I tried all - the ketchup, BBQ sauce and buffalo - YUCK. I'm pretty easy to please and none passed the taste test.

I loved the texture and the packing looked like some down home product. My husband loved the taste and I will for sure buy this again and recommend to family and friends. But Slap Ya Mama knocked it out of the park. This sauce is rich, ultra-creamy, and bursting with flavor in the best way possible. It’s the perfect balance of buttery, garlicky, and cheesy without being too salty or overpowering. It coats pasta like a dream—none of that watery nonsense. I used it with fettuccine, and it legit tasted like something from a high-end restaurant. Add grilled chicken or shrimp, and you’re in Alfredo heaven. This is hands down the best jarred Alfredo I’ve ever had. If you’re picky like me, trust—this one slaps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the smaller size jar it was a great portion for a family of 4! It smelled good of fresh dairy cream. I served it with penne and it tasted good. There was a slight tangy finish. It was definitely a different taste than other jarred Alfredo’s but closer to homemade.
