The worst yogurt I've ever eaten. It tastes like a somewhat flavored sour cream. I've had to add at least 5 packs of Stevia to even make this edible. I absolutely would not recommend this junk to anyone!

These have helped me maintain my sanity during weight loss, they have a low calorie count with a reasonable amount of protein! Honestly one of if not the best bang for your much protein to calorie ratio, besides chicken, and tuna but sweeter! Please Sam, please keep them coming I literally bout 4 boxes, and need more because I can’t get enough of them and stay on track!!!

I like the mostly pure ingredients. Taste is ok. Lime raspberry not great. And too thick!

It does have sugar, but only 7 grams. The taste is good and the texture is firm and not watery.

We love that this yogurt has extra protein in it.
