Pros - High protein snack. Low fat. Keeps you full Cons - doesnt taste good. Bad texture. It is SOO dense

The consistency is very thick, not creamy and the taste is ugh. Throw one in a smoothie with banana, milk & cinnamon for a high protein shake & it's salvageable.

Texture isn't ANYTHING like the chobani yogurt with fruit on the bottom. Every time I took a bite of this one I gagged. Couldn't even eat half of the cup the texture was so bad. Super heavy, vaguely gritty, just awful.

Flavors are blah tasting, the sourness off plain greek yogurt is still quite strong.

Waay better tasting than oikos and 5 more grams of protein! Buy it regularly

Had to add milk to thin it out,otherwise I would have choked on it. Kinda bland I won't buy again.

This yogurt is extremely thick! The only way to salvage is by adding water to loosen it up. Would not buy again.
