firmware is much better experience than i had with my aeropex - answering iphone is simply a click on headset! a few negatives - headphone occassionally goes back to handset with no action on my part, even with phone in pocket or hand. generally more comfortable than even aeropex but still may could use a better fit but that's not an easy thing to receive....I have about 1/2 in of open space around back of head and wonder if less would be better. Interestingly enough the package and instructions were lacking any reference to the app which can be installed which then enables multi-point pairing - definitely something overlooked in packaging. User friendly but I will only give a 4 since there was no reference to app and several things like multi-point pairing were not mentioned in instructions in package.

I bought the OpenRun Pro’s a few months ago. At the time, I was working as a team captain for a moving company. I wanted headphones that weren’t clunky and were semi discreet so my clients felt like I was actively listening to what they had to say(not having in ear headphones), while still being able to take calls on the move. Another perk is they stay put all day and I forget I’m even wearing them. Sound is great, calls are clear. Now I’m working in the office for the same company and they are great for being able to talk to clients and the guys out on trucks as they call in. 10 out of 10!

Comfort A Battery A+ Range A+ Sound quality B Wish the fit was a bit adjustable, the multi-function button is a bit wonky, the volume button is a bit hard to find mid run, and the sound quality isn’t amazing. All and all though they are some of the best sources of music for running!

I purchased these 6 weeks ago. At first I was skeptical but once I got use to fit I am very pleased. Easy to set up on iPhone and they travel very well. Loved listening to music on beach and still able to hear the ocean. I am getting another pair for my wife. Irritated that she has to hold hand up, then take out ear pods to answer a simple question. I let her wear them when on vacation. She didn’t want to give them back. So far two thumbs up from me.

I have two versions of the Shokz headset which I, unfortunately can't connect with my Apple Watch Ultra. Shokz uses Bluetooth 5.1 and Apple uses Bluetooth 5.3 which appears to not be backward compatible with 5.1. My previous version off the Apple Watch 6 worked flawlessly with my Shokz. My bad for upgrading the watch but one might expect next gen versions of industry standard connectivity protocols to be backward compatible or at least tell you they are not. Can't really blame Shokz but sure wish I could get an answer on whether there might be a firmware upgrade to fix this or not.....

Being in a rush, I lost my first pair of Shokz a few weeks ago. I decided to see what new products are in the headphone game because it's been a couple years. I tried some bone conduction earbuds. I had the same problems that I experienced with regular earbuds: not fitting, hurting my ears trying to get them to stay in place, and ultimately, still always falling out. Once I saw Shokz had the new OpenRun mini's in beige, I quickly ordered them and returned those earbuds. I love my Shokz. I can wear them all day (except when it's time to go to sleep). I love the beige color. Most of all, I enjoy the comfort and ease of fit and not having to worry about them falling out.

My husband has a pair and I would like them a lot! The sound quality is great! However I don’t understand why you don’t make the mini headphones in all colors. I would love the mini headphones in pink. I just have a small head. Very surprised they don’t come in all colors. People with small heads like all the colors too!

OPENRUN PRO - These sound and fit fabulous. Very impressed with the sound and build quality. I'm excited to start using them on my runs. Definitely need to have the added benefit of awareness of surrounding whether on a trail, urban area, and even a treadmill at the gym.

Love them, but would make one slight change in the design: the section that goes behind the ear (where controls are located) needs to be curved at the bottom instead of squared so the (somewhat) pointed edge doesn’t push up against the back ear, as it does when leaning back against chair or your car seat. It does get somewhat uncomfortable if the band is pushing the ear piece forward against the back of the ear for any length of time. That being said, they are great and it hasn’t stopped me from buying three more for my family members!

Battery life excellent, last almost 3 days without recharge. Depending on usage. Very lightweight, barely feel any weight. Best sound when using phone. Conversation loud and clear. I’m deaf in one ear. Music sounds ok, needs help. I need help hearing when someone speaks… hint Shokz I am very pleased with my operun. Highly recommended!
