Connecting to new calls has been sporadic at best with my iPhone 12. Its a gamble if someone can hear me or not. Switching from phone to headset using the bluetooth button on the phone usually doesn't transfer to the headset mic and the other end cant hear me. Im not sure why Shokz hasnt recessed or made the call button flush so that inadvertent hangups don't happen with a slight bump. Sound quality is excellent! This is my 4th set due to dog loving the flavor and chew.

This is my second pair of shokz, I got my first pair years ago when they were still called after shokz…. I lost them in travel somewhere and I was extremely bummed out about it BUT when my new ones arrived they are so much better!! Thank you shokz for everything you guys do! I'm definitely a life long fan that's for sure

The open run pro are my forth set to own. They've never fallen off or failed and I've used them all day every day. I'm a policeman, and I own a plumbing and electrical repair company so the open run and open run pros all have been put through the wringer. I hear calls well and even in extreme loud conditions I can hear by simply using a foam ear plug or sticking my finger in my ear. The batter lasts from 8 am til midnight and then some. But that is mostly phone calls an YouTube videos.

If they fit, I'm sure they'd be good. I got the mini and they were still too big. They wouldn't stay in the right spot so the sound wasn't great. It was way too quiet even on the loudest setting. No bass. Like I said, if they fit well I'm sure they'd be great but they did not work for me.

The new OpenRun Pro Mini is awesome, I wear them while working. The battery lasts my whole shift and then some. Whether I listen to music or am on the phone, it just keeps going. Way better than my older shokz were. I highly recommend getting this new model. The app makes them even better, and easier to use.

Although I have 5 stars for for they are a bit right around my neck. It is a bit of a thicker neck but also over the ears gets tight if on for several hours. I really like the sound and the levels the speakers have. Threes phones are so easily pout on and taken off and charge fairly quick.

My first pair died after two years of hard use. I love them most when I operate heavy machinery because I can put ear plugs in and still heat the music. The sound quality in quiet environments is not like a nice headphone. Great for cycling too as I can still hear a bit of car noise around me to feel like I know what's coming.

First of all, I got the small ones, but they are still way too big. They are awkward to use and slip to the back of my head and just feel weird on. It is very difficult to know where to push the button to answer the phone etc. It's just a poor design and I can't stand them. I'm gonna be sending them back.

Sound quality is acceptable, but nowhere near the quality of over the ear headphones or earbuds. The volume capacity is useless for noisy areas like gyms or workout rooms. The sound (music, TV, etc.) gets drowned out by a simple fan, the rollers of a bike trainer, or overhead music. The main pro for these headphones is the ability to hear traffic and noise clearly when riding outside on a road bike.

Hi All, I had a previous pair of shokz and they were terrific. They broke after 2 years and I bought this new pair. The sound is much more garbled when I am in an even bit noisy place. I am curious if the newer ones are better and can I trade up? Thanks Bob
