I really hoped these would be the answer to my listening needs! They arrived and sound quality is great but they just don't fit my head (bought the mini). The ear parts are just not the right size and they slide down making it impossible to hear. The shape of the curve is too deep for the anatomy of my ears. I've been trying to reach customer service for 2 weeks and have been unable to get through due to high volume calls or maintaining on the line which is frustrating.

This was my first time trying bone conduction headphones. I tried them because other earbuds are uncomfortable after a while. I found the Shokz just what I was I had been looking for. They are so comfortable I wear them at night to sleep. They are easy to operate and stay where you put them. The sound is great. Love the pink color. I am now the proud owner of 2 pair.

these headphones are great. comfortable, sound great, easy to use. My suggestions are to either include a charging block or a list of suggested charging blocks, and pointers (URLs) to the owners manual and other key information (e.g. the do's and don'ts page you have, etc...).

Perfect for when you want to listen to your own thing but still be able to engage in the world around you. I use my head set while supervising kids, to fall asleep while listening, and when driving my older car without Bluetooth connectivity. I like knowing that i can still hear everything going on around me while no one else can hear what I'm listening to, and the headset is so light weight it's easy to forget I'm wearing it.

When I ordered these headphones I wasn't prepared for how good they would actually be. The sound is pretty amazing and I can still hear everything around me, especially since I live in NYC and there is always something to have to look out for (cars, trucks, ambulances). Sad to say but if you're a woman, these are a must because it also allows you to be aware of your surroundings without compromising the motivation you get from whatever you're listening to. Overall it's a great buy for me!

i am very satisfied with my new Open Run Pro. I have been an Aftershokz follower since my first pair in 2012. Each upgrade has been worth it. The Open Ear Pro has come a long way since the first Bone Induction headphones. Very comfortable. Very light in weight and the battery duration is very good. The bass is good!

Excellentt product! I'm not happy with the in-ear buds being uncomfortable and loosening when I exercise. Shokz are very comfortable with great sound quality for listening to music, podcasts and talking on the phone. The only thing to be cautious of would be using them in loud environments. They are not noise canceling if that is what you may be looking for.

It's a great alternative to earbuds that caused contact dermatitis. They work well in quiet environments. Battery life is excellent. The proprietary charging cable is problematic for travel, and I would prefer something that folded up smaller to stash in a pocket.

As a runner these definitely made listening to music much easier. They stay secure and don't bounce around(I have the mini version). They give you more situational awareness at lower volumes, but if you decide to crank the volume they can drown out all the other noise like regular earbuds. They don't quite have the immersive sound and bass like regular headphones, but everything thing else these offer outweigh the cons.

I initially had the regular shokz pro but once they came out with the mini's i instantly had to get them. I love these headphones and highly recommend. I wish that the multi-function button worked better. Sometimes when I try to skip a song it just pauses it. I feel like they could have done better in terms of adding buttons so that skipping or replaying was easier.
