The OpenRun Pro delivers solid overall performance, but I encountered a couple of issues during use. Firmware updates were initially problematic on an iPhone 16, as the headphones would not connect to the app. I was able to complete the update successfully when pairing with an iPhone 14. During phone calls, the headphones unexpectedly disconnected (powered off), which suggests a possible hardware defect with this unit. I will be returning this pair and exchanging it for another, in hopes that the replacement will not experience the same issues.

I don’t like headphones but wanted something small for an upcoming trip. Sound is okay to me considering I don’t have much to compare to. But the piece that wraps around the ear irritates my ear. And even on the mini, the part that wraps around the back of the head is too large for me.

Work perfect for me. I like that they don't have to go in my ear and they still sound fantastic. I also use them as a headset for phone calls. Really nice for doing work calls and personal calls while I'm out walking the dog. For the price I paid they were a steal. Would recommend.

Love these head phones because my ears are small so it is hard for me to have ear pods they hurt my ears. So when we saw these we had to have them. They work great. I will buy these again just to have a spare in case anything happens to the ones I already have. I use them all the time. They last a while on one charge. Like the color and they are not rough they are soft and smooth so they don’t irritate my skin. They are light weight. Sometimes I have to open my headphones 🎧 case just to see if they are in there. I am able to wear them with glasses 🤓 on.

I wear a headset that has in-ear speakers A LOT! After a while my ear canals become sore and irritated. The bone conduction headset by Shokz eliminates that issue. The ease at which I can increase/decrease the volume, take phone calls via bluethtooth, and the other functions available is very convenient. I was concerned that people could not hear me clearly when making phone calls, but they said the could hear me clearly in my normal speaking voice. I didn't have to yell for them to hear me as the built-in mic works very well. Battery life lasts quite well, as I wear the headset practically from sunup to sundown. I purchased a refurbushed headset with a one year warranty and if they keep performing as they do now, I do not anticipate needing to utilize the warranty service. I am 100% satisfied with them. If these no longer perform after the one year warranty expires, I will purchase a brand new set.

Pain-free, as they don't go inside the ear canal. Sometimes I forget I'm wearing them. My husband, sister, and I each have a set, and we can all sit comfortably together in our small house listening to our own choice of media without bothering each other.

I bought 2 pairs of these in December for my husband and grandson. They really like them but my husbands have quit working. I don't know if it's because the weather has warmed up pretty good. He works outside all day and sweats would that had something to do with them not working.

great headphones for price! Highly recommend! Got these because I have tinitus, and using in ear headphones makes it worse. Whether you have tinitus or not these headphones are great, and allow you to hear your surroundings while playing music. Highly recommend trying both sizes out in store before buying regular fit me perfect when I tried them the first time. Got a haircut few days after purchase and it felt a little loose in the back. Regardless, Great buy!
