Much better battery life than the titanium, but sound quality suffered. Sound is muddy and quiet. I have to take calls at max volume just so I can hear what the person is saying. Also not a fan of creating a proprietary charging system, it was better with a micro usb that could easily be replaced if lost or damaged.

I would have given a 4 but the mini doesn't have last number redial, like the regular size and neither turn up loud enough... I do love the concept though, especially for my bad ear that has hearing loss... Seems to get better reception with bone conduction vs earbuds.

These work better than I expected. Love that my ears aren’t blocked out of peripheral sounds around me. I hate buds stuck in my ears. But the music comes in strong. Light on my head. These are the new way when it comes to Bluetooth earphones. The best!

I'm a long distance runner and I enjoy listening to podcasts as I run, recently my old headphones died so I was advised to go for a pair of Shokz. In the shop they sounded great, nice and clear and really comfortable. But unfortunately when I took to the roads it was a different story. I couldn't hear anything over traffic going by, and I mean nothing. When I got off the roads and onto the trails it didn't get much better sadly. The breeze (not wind) also reduced the audio quality massively. So I'm afraid I had to return my pair and go for an alternative brand. I can see how these headphones would work in calmer conditions, but they are just not good for the windswept Wicklow hills in Ireland. Maybe as the technology develops they will improve but for me for now it's a strong pass for now.

I use these while running, listening audiobooks and work (we use wired/wireless radio communication). This allowed me to hear workmates, peoples speak while I can also listening the radio chanel if somebody try to catch me up because of the urgent situations). Great you make also "Mini" model. Mini could be even little bit smaller :). One thing I would like you to developt In the future is the sound volume. If there is any noise enviroment (even the smallest) I cant get volume enough loud to hear properly (Even when I listening audiobook while running)...

I originally bought Shokz to give my ears a break from getting humid on my runs while wearing ear buds listening to music. The sound is great. Since I run outdoors I like how I can also better hear my environment for safety purposes. Overall, I am glad I switched from ear buds to these.

I have issues with maintaining the Bluetooth connection with any small gap when listening. A small gap between songs or other listening results in an in and out reception that is a rapid voice/dead sound cadence. I have to disconnect the Shokz and reconnect to get a normal listening experience.

I really enjoy my mini shokz pro. As a hearing impaired person, I wear hearing aids that are not blue tooth capable . my open run allows me to be more aware of sounds around me while enjoying great sounding music and audio books, which provides me a more safe experience. I am, however, having a problem when receiving a phone call or text, it does not come through on my open run pro! Whe I make the call, no problem! I hear clearly. Perhaps I’m not using it correctly????

Benefit: My new Shokz OpenRun Pro work great with my phone and laptop. Minis: I use a chromecast on my TV and I can hook up head phones to listen to programs at night without others being disturbed at night. My Shokz don't work that good with the ChromeCast. About every 3-4 second they cut out and makes it real hard to use them. I have a pair of cheap over the ear style that work great for the TV viewing. Quality is great and I love the long battery life along with the 2 year warranty.

Battery life lasts for several days worth of runs, super comfortable, no issues with slipping/rubbing on even long hot runs, love being able to hear around me and have conversations with running partners! Even great for answering phone calls that come in during a run. Love these so much, never going back to other running headphones!
