The one (minor) improvement to the instructions, should have included a section on charging the headset. The existing instructions are super easy to follow... they just need a section regarding charging the headset.

I am definitely done with putting stuff in my ears. No worries of an earbud falling off. I can wear then with my hat and sunglasses. No loud bouncing noise in my ears while running.

They are awesome. This is my second pair. The first pair didn't come with a hard case and during my travels they broke. It's been a few years, but as soon as I saw the hard case I bought this pair and could not be happier Thanks

Couldn't keep two devices connected to open run. Have to reset it day and some times, like today, one one pairs. Video is clear. It just doesn't work for me. Nice staff though.

These are absolutely awesome headphones couldn't ask for a better pair will probably end up ordering a pair for myself. The first ones were for my significant other.

Cord-free! I wear one hearing aid, so perfect. Enjoy that I hear traffic and birds while walking and listening to my music. Amazing that I can recieve and make phone calls with clarity.

I have been using Aeropex model for past two years, great product. And these open run pro are even better, much more comfortable and better sounding and call quality is very clear. There is no other product like this.

Absolutely love them. Especially the face that I don't have to put them inside my ears. Highly recommend them. Very comfortable and user friendly. Easy to clean!

I truly can't understand why my mini Shokz only has a 4.5 rating. Love these things!! Comfy, light, great sound, easy!!! I'd give them a 10 out of 5 points!!!
