Great head phones. Sound like im wearing in the ear headphones but i can here everything around me still. I honeatly cant even tell that they are on my head. I can wear my hat and sunglasses and still have not one problem with them at all.

Absolutely love them. Especially the face that I don’t have to put them inside my ears. Highly recommend them. Very comfortable and user friendly. Easy to clean!

I love these. I run and I can hear all that is going on around me while still hearing my music and other information, including calls while I am doing it. These are perfect.

I have a choice of how I listen to my music, movies and phone calls. I choose Shokz because the sound, product quality and long battery life but mostly because I forget they are on.

Not loud enough. At the very least I was expecting the quality of the AfterShokz I bought a few years ago. Totally disappointed with the mini pro. Won’t buy another pair. These certainly are not worth the money I spent.

I purchased 2 of these for my sons for Christmas. One of my sons can't use them. It is unopened box and would like to return. Please let me know how to proceed with this . Thank you

The only issue is that the volume is not high enough especially when biking. I had an earlier version that had great sound. the up side is the extended battery life making them great for use during air travel.

Love the fit and sound of the OpenRun Pro. I have the Move and these and like these better. The only downside is the magnetic charger. I wish it had the USB-C style so I didn’t have to remember another cable.

I love these! I can not have noise canceling head phones, We are required to have open ear while on duty. Over the 30+ years in the Fire Department, hearing damage has happened and the Open ear Bone Conduction Technology of these are perfect.

Love these so much more than ear buds. Great for running and riding outside. My ears don’t hurt anymore, even after a long listening session. Sound is clear and I can still hear things around me which is appreciated on trails, and roads for safety.
