The sound and bass goes out randomly. The left speaker works best, the right goes out or soft. Once the sound goes down the bass stops and I just take my shokz for 1-2hr later to see if they are better or still bad

Love my headphones, I have 3 sets. Very Comfortable sometimes I forget I have Them on. Show them to a guy that own beats 3 days later he Had a set of open run pros.

They are so much more comfortable than in-ear models. I often forget I have them on. We,ll see how they are outside as the weather warms. I wear sunglasses and a hat and they might feel bulky. For now I love them.

I’m so glad a fry of mine introduced me to your product. I have a narrow ear canal so it’s difficult to find ear buds that don’t fall out. Yours are wonderful. Don’t have to constantly adjust the head phones. Love them

Sound , comfort, usability is 10/10 is just there is a light the is always on that drain batteries and if it use it on high volume for to long they turn off

ok for music not good for phone calls. latency with bluetooth phone calls, i.e. delay in sound and mic. mic picks up a lot of wind noise, the other side cannot hear me well.

This is my 3rd set, the first 2 are the standard one not the OpenRun Pro and are excellent. This pair the sound is not as good and the volume is too low.

I usually use my pro when listening to books, however, this weekend I used them to listen to music on my husband’s radio show. They are really very good and I was amazed at the depth of the sound.

Charging them is a bit confusing. But I enjoy using my OpenRun’s. Warranty registration is also a little confusing. Current routines indicate Registration is not required.

Good product but my previous pair had more depth and better sound. Not happy with how these new ones sound so tiny. even the voice of the person saying charge me sounds tiny.
