Love them, I run a forklift and can hear everything around me, and my music. Its like driving down the road with your radio on, but still being able to hear and talk to passengers as well

I love the fit and sound, but the last few days they have been dropping from my phone during phone calls and meetings. Like the sound just stops, then I have to put my phone on speaker and then back to the headphones and I can hear it again.

So far I’m not impressed, the connectivity is mediocre at best Prefer my AirPod pros, I didn’t realize how important seamless reading messages and call connectivity was

These are INCREDIBLE during runs and at the office--being able to be present and aware of my surroundings while also playing a podcast or song is worth every. single. cent!

9 th Generation & they only connect to one device. And still using Bluetooth and not the latest version or Wi-Fi how about o battery pack the minis are nice I can use them laying around the house and in bed

Headphones are very comfortable; however, the sound is lacking as far as volume. Impossible to carry on a conversation in a noisy environment. They do not switch seamlessly between two connected devices.

Thought the sound quality was going to be much improved but can’t tell much difference between Open Run Pro and my previous Open Runs. Please improve the sound quality.

These are great. The bass really makes the sound awesome. The calls are crystal clear on both ends. I highly recommend these to anyone needing headphones that don't plug the ears so you can still hear the environment around you.

Great headphones. I wear hearing aids and these headphones allow me to talk hands free on the phone, and listen to music or an audiobook without having them in my ears. Thank you!

My husband and I both have shokz. He's on his second set. They stay in place sound great, charge quick. Sometimes they feel slightly tight, but I just move them a bit higher and I'm good. Recommend for sure
