I sent a request to exchange my pro run for the mini. It was my mistake that I ordered the wrong size. They said they would contact me but I never heard back. Was pretty disappointed bc I love aftershokz. This is my third pair.

Thanks to a friend name Mike Wider I tried these , love them my son got a pair and five people ordered them too. Mike should get credit for being such a great salesperson for such a great product.

I work in a loud factory and I can hear them great and the battery so far has lasted all day. Packaging was very nice and the sound quality is top notch.

These definitely don’t have 10 hours of play time off a full charge. I go to the gym twice (abt 90 min max each session) and they’re dead! I wouldn’t buy them again for this reason alone

Title explains it. I disconnected my shokz from my iPhone to try to connect them to my laptop. Now they won't connect to anything. I have tried to reset them multiple times without success.

The ability to have them on and still be able to have a conversation is a plus. They fit over my ears and are very comfortable. I haven’t ran in them yet.

I love the bone conduction. I wear them all day and barely notice them. Great for work to answer calls and listen to music, while being aware of everything around me. And it is preserving my hearing because I don't have a speaker in my ear canal

I was really enjoying them. I brought them with me as I traveled, and they fell out of my backpack. I’m so sad to have lost them. I hope whoever picks them up appreciates them like I did.

Great alternative headphones. I feel safe when using them. I can listen to the environment. I first ordered the regular size but exchanged for the Mini. I have an average sized adult head. The mini was more close in fit and plenty of room

With earbuds, IEMs, and two pairs of near-audiophile over ear headphones to choose from, I usually wear my Shokz. I hear what I need to hear, they stay in place, and I can always hear my environment.
