I received the package opened , inside came a used, dirty, old headset with out a charger

All is good with my SHOKZ. I recieved the new headset. But didn't open it. Got original headset working fine. Haven't opened box. What do I need to do with it.

I have two I use with my computer and two I use with my iPhone. Almost everyone at work has them on. I recommend the mini size for most people. I think it should be the standard size.

Was advertised to have improved sound - base. Keep comparing the new open run model and the older aeropex model for the same songs. Can't hear the promised improvement.

Auto switching connection between linked devices or better control would be a nice improvement (Computer/Phone). Still getting the hang of everything but overall so far so good.

Love the mini - great fit, awesome sound. Earbuds never quite fit right and fell out. These over the ear bone conducting headphones are perfect for me. LOVE them!

I have been using shokz for almost 8 years now. I'm on the phone all day. These last from clock in till bed time. They sound fantastic. The fit is so good I forgot I am wearing them. If you are on the fence, just do it. It's worth every penny.

Good these for my friend and he loves them, he said how great they sound and for great. Large size. Only thing is you can't ride a golf cart the other person hears too much wind noise.
