My husband has a pair and I would like them a lot! The sound quality is great! However I don't understand why you don't make the mini headphones in all colors. I would love the mini headphones in pink. I just have a small head. Very surprised they don't come in all colors. People with small heads like all the colors too!

These work better than I expected. Love that my ears aren't blocked out of peripheral sounds around me. I hate buds stuck in my ears. But the music comes in strong. Light on my head. These are the new way when it comes to Bluetooth earphones. The best!

Sound quality is pretty good and the volume is fine as long as there is no background noise around you. Riding in my jeep (with the top on and windows up) makes enough noise that it's difficult to understand podcasts. The mics work well for phone calls but again, you need to be in a place without much noise around you. They are comfortable to wear, even with glasses.

My husband has really enjoyed this product it's great for music, answering calls & multitasking. We have shared our thoughts with friends and family. We are glad Fleet First recommended but did not buy from them due to strict return policy. Fabulous product.

I love them I only have a couple problems with them. I use them all the time. When i use them for more then an hour I get a headache but it normally goes away after 30 minutes if i don't take them off. And bc of how much I use them it has rubbed the top of my ear raw.

First off- these are very very comfortable- extremely light weight and yet with good retention. The sound quality is good- with better than average bass response. All that being said, they are *quiet*- if you listen primarily to audiobooks or podcasts at low decibels, it will be difficult to make them out. This is a function of the form-factor- they are very much open ear for the sake of situational awareness. Just be aware that certain kinds of sound media will work better than others, especially in the presence of ambient noise. The more bass you have in the media, the clearer the sound will be. Battery life is good- lasting about 2 days of moderate use. Pleased so far- but will be following up based on lifetime use, namely: how long until the batteries start to lose charge? These do have a finite lifespan, with no way to replace the onboard lithiums with fresh ones. That is my other point of contention: these are disposable- they will not last and absolutely have a finite lifespan. I wish they would make ones with replaceable batteries, or have a program that lets you mail them in to get fresh ones installed. Making items that last is preferable to generating more ewaste for the landfills, but adds more complexity to design. Whether or not I purchase more pairs of these in the future will directly depend on longevity- these are very expensive premium products (purchased the ‘pro' model) so expectations are likewise high.

I have a job where I have headphones in pretty much all day. I am around a lot of loud noises such as heavy equipment and high winds. I have been using Beats for about 6 years and I wanted to try Shocks. My hope was I would be able to listen to podcasts and books on tape without headphones blasting directly in my ears all day. I feel this was achieved. I have had my new shock headphones for about 2 weeks. The things I like is the sound is not directly in my ear and I can hear pretty well most the time. I use earplugs most the day which I also like as the noise level increases with earplugs in. What I do not like is the sounds quality is not that great it sounds muffled and somewhat distant. Some people have a difficult time hearing me on phone calls and after long use the headphones make my head ache. Overall I'd say the headphones are ok but I am a little disappointed for the sound quality at the price point and overall comfort. Hope this helps.

Pros: Good enough in settings when there is little background noise. Comfortable, good battery life, look good, easy to pair, easy to charge, nice carrying case. Great for hands-free phone calls. Cons: Sound quality is decent but not great. No way to adjust headset so it's a little more snug against the back of my head (it sticks out, so there's no way to wear these while resting my head on a pillow). Absolutely impossible to hear anything at all on an airplane.

Love my new headset. I had a mini version before which seemed to fit well, but my ears would hurt after wearing a while and I didn't seem to hear as well out of it as I did when I first got it a few years ago. I got the regular size this time in the blue color - easier to find among black cords - and it doesn't hurt my ears. I think by being a bit larger I can situate it better and I hear better as well. Love it. And it seems to have longer battery life than my old one to boot.

Thanks to sales team at Sea Otter Classic 2022. Never liked wearing headphones because I like to hear cars coming from behind and people on the trails while riding my bike. Shelby (team member)had me sold. Works well tested while riding and I could hear people and still enjoy music especially on the long up hill grinds.
