These are comfortable to wear, but I could barely hear the music, even with the volume turned all of the way up

Great product. This is my second pair of these minis. I bought this because I lost my first pair or else I would still be using it. They work great, long battery life and are very comfortable.

Easy to use and so convenient! My ears are too small for regular earbuds but these are perfect to listen to music as well as answering calls. They can pair to both my computer and phone so easy to go between the two.

These are great light wight, most of the time I forget I have them on. They have a long battery life. The one issue I have is, they tend to drop my phone calls 2 minuets in. other then that I like them

Really like this product, fits comfortably and its light weight. I can hear surrounding noise while also listening to music. It says it will last 10 hours on a full charge but i have been seeing 14 hours.

I wear a headset that has in-ear speakers A LOT! After a while my ear canals become sore and irritated. The bone conduction headset by Shokz eliminates that issue. The ease at which I can increase/decrease the volume, take phone calls via bluethtooth, and the other functions available is very convenient. I was concerned that people could not hear me clearly when making phone calls, but they said the could hear me clearly in my normal speaking voice. I didn't have to yell for them to hear me as the built-in mic works very well. Battery life lasts quite well, as I wear the headset practically from sunup to sundown. I purchased a refurbushed headset with a one year warranty and if they keep performing as they do now, I do not anticipate needing to utilize the warranty service. I am 100% satisfied with them. If these no longer perform after the one year warranty expires, I will purchase a brand new set.

I bought 2 pairs of these in December for my husband and grandson. They really like them but my husbands have quit working. I don’t know if it’s because the weather has warmed up pretty good. He works outside all day and sweats would that had something to do with them not working.
