We had to upgrade our Roku due to the fact that we got a new TV and our old Roku was glitchy with it. This Roku does everything we'd expect, and has some really nice features that I wasn't able to use before.

We have 3 Roku devices in our home and I replaced the one in my bedroom with the Roku Ultra 2-3 months ago. I love it. It streams faster than the other Roku 4K devices I have and I will work on updating the other 2 devices.

I bought the Ultra to relieve the processing on my Roku tv and to hook it into a new TV when I upgrade. The Ultra is definitely quicker. And the Roku platform is intuitive and clean.

I love this device. For a senior citizen who wanted to cut the cord this device was easy to install. Took a little while to get use to using, but love it now too. Never going back to the big cable companies.

We received the ROKU as a gift from my son. We hired someone to help us set it up. It takes a while to get used to but offers many options and may persuade us to give up Mediacom which is expensive and with which we've had issue.

I've had great luck with Roku players. Good support and good products. I particularly like the ability to change sound settings to even out the high's and lows on movies.

I have several Roku devices but none had the Bluetooth feature. I bought this so we could watch Yankee games on my deck and Bluetooth to my Bose portable speaker. Works perfectly.
