Our new Roku Ultra works fine. The previous Roku control was overheating after a couple of years of use and repeatedly dropped the streaming connection. I hope this bigger component will continue working fine for a longer time.

Serious upgrade, picture definition is lifelike! Was hesitant but got a email discount and purchased this. Worth every penny. If you are on the fence, jump off and buy this unit. You won't regret it.

I love this Roku model. I had the 3 (which was great till I got a memory card stuck in it and couldn’t get out). The remote is so much better! This light up feature is great. Highly recommend this!

Looks like Roku really listens to its customers. I did write the company about 2 years ago asking that they add a light to the remote. The new remote is so much easier to use. Thank you.

Not as convienent as cable or satellite but, getting use to Roku. If you desire DVR you have to add a recorder or purchase a streaming service...still less than cable or satellite.

New Roku works well, disappointed that I needed to buy a new one. After researching why some apps weren’t working properly, I learned your Roku only last 3-5 years and you should update.
