My Samsung smart tv was having issues/freezing with switching between apps, then I got Roku box. Roku is a game changer, it’s lighting fast and super easy to use!

Easy, out of the box set up. love the lighted, rechargeable remote! What would be better is if I could dial up a channel instead of scrolling through to get the one I want. I bought a second one and also recommended to family and friends.

It is very snappy. The quality with Dolby Vision and Atmos is great to have. The remove feels better and has backlights when you pick it up. My favorite streamer to date.

I replaced the apple TV box with the roku. It took a minute to set up and worked perfectly immediately. The reception is better than before and the controls on the remote are easier to work with. Great stuff

I like Roku. I just wish it was easier to change subscriptions before 30 days is up. You are stuck paying for something for 30 days if you don't want it. It doesn't just end an̈d then you get your money back for the remaining days.

The player is quick but can’t figure out how the screensaver/ wallpaper works!! The remote is handy with the backlight but it doesn’t have an input tho listen with headphones, previous remote had it!

Our new Roku Ultra works fine. The previous Roku control was overheating after a couple of years of use and repeatedly dropped the streaming connection. I hope this bigger component will continue working fine for a longer time.

I received a glitchy device. Eventually support agreed to warranty my Roku. I’ve had several Roku devices and this is the first time I’ve had any problem with one
